Services
See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

Because unfortunately I payed someone to clean the apartment to leave it clean when moving out, then they notified me that they are charging a COVID cleaning fee which I didn’t know when I signed the lease obviously cause there wasn’t COVID 😭

To be low income apartments they increase the rent very often and apartments were remodeled last year but the quality of the floor is the worst. The pool is not open all year round and the washers and dryers need to be upgraded. The good part is that schools/ stores are closed, gated apartments, and they don’t charge a montly fee for my dog.

Worst neighbors ever, (crack heads) don’t ever sleep stay up are aloud at 2am, complain to management way to many times with videos to proof how obnoxious my neighbors are, no changed has been done yet they raise rent and I haven’t even been here 6 months really ridiculous, room closet doors were never installed it’s been about 5 months since the supposedly order them and they still don’t have them, not the best apartment complex to raise children, Gabriella is very nice and I understand there’s only so much she can do, over all unhappy an can’t wait for the lease to be over.

They are okay apartments but there are some problems in the home and mostly the kitchen. But the rent goes up pretty often for them to be low income apartments. The picture that they show isn’t what the apartments look like . But there is a nice garden outside and there is amazing people!

Park Villas is under new management. My family and I were asked to leave our apartment on Monday morning 07/27/20, so they could make some repairs that had to be made in the kitchen and in the bathroom. They asked for us to leave our apartment for 8 hours because of the chemicals used and because of COVID. They were suppose to start at 8:30 in the a.m., we received a call around 1 p.m. that they were barely going to enter the apartment to make the repairs needed. My family and I went back to our apartment around 5:30ish p.m. NOTHING was fixed. Not the bathtub nor the kitchen socket that they were
