In addition to the incredible view of Cook Inlet through a large bay window, our apartment homes have a deck with adjoining storage. All windows have Hunter-Douglas cellular shades. The living/dining room has a cozy fireplace. Each kitchen has a large pantry, a refrigerator/freezer with an automatic ice-maker and filtered water dispenser, and an electric range with self-cleaning oven.
Rental rates range from a low of $1850/month plus electric to a high of $2000/month plus electric. These are unfurnished rates and are subject to change. Internet is included in the rent. Mariners View apartment homes may also be rented furnished, to include housekeeping inventory. We offer housekeeping services as well.
