We were looking for an affordable place with a mountain view. Boy did we get more than we expected! My first glance I was surprised at how spacious the two bedroom apartment was. There were two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. We had more than enough space to be there with our young son.
The management was quick to help and they were always keeping the place neat and tidy, over and above general maintenance. Every spring the windows were washed on the outside; snow was shoveled for free; the parking lot was cleaned and they even put out bright flower hanging baskets in the summer. This is the best place to rent a two bedroom apartment from in the city!

This Modern and Well-built complex is at a great location near the corner of Jewel Lake & Raspberry in South Anchorage. Each apartment unit has an electric refrigerator, self-cleaning oven/range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and mounted microwave above the stove. There is a full-size washer and dryer in each unit as well!

Beautifully maintained apartment complex near Anchorage International Airport. I enjoyed living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet and safe one or two bedroom for the following reasons...
-Close to coffee shops, restaurants and parks.
-Centrally located near Dimond Boulevard, Minnesota Drive and C-Street.
-Wonderful management!
-Private assigned parking space for tenants and additional parking for visitors

Moving from out of state, we were nervous to select an apartment sight unseen. Raspberry Court Apartments worked with us to make sure all our needs were met. We could not have selected a better home for our family. The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a neighborhood where we felt safe. Management was quick to help and work with us upon move in and out. We loved our time there.
