Location location location. I've had a Great! experience with the management and my neighbors. Everything is within walking distance and the bus stops right outside the complex. The rent is reasonable and the maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Overall Town Square Manor isn't a bad place to live

Management tries SUPER hard to be caring, fair, efficient and meet the needs of EVERY resident. With 3 full-time Maintenance staff, residents can rest assured that all maintenance issues will be addressed.
4-Stars because there is always room for improvement but, I would HIGHLY recommend renting from any of the Continental properties! 😃🏡

LOVE living here. Very nicely maintained apartments and properties. Hannah and Cynthia at the office are two of the nicest ladies around. They both really know their stuff and are very helpful. The only issue I do have is that maintenance requests can take a bit longer than I would like, which is understandable due to the fact that there is two maintenance guys and 3 large properties. You won't regret renting from this company. I highly recommend.

These apartments are nice a lil small the problem i had here was that I lived there for almost three years and in my third year fell on some hard time and was late paying rent once in all my three years and even went and spoke with the office before it was due letting them know what was happening (father passed in Ohio) the manager at the time had understood and told me to put it in writing so on so forth so i did and well ended up getting served papers to go to court it was a huge mess so I just ended uop moving out and leaving state I luved my apartment here it was awesome but oh well
