I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. They are legit money fiends that will take every last cent from you even if you give 30 days notice that you are moving. They will expect the rent next month, even after the 30 days notice. They will even use your money to rent out the room to someone else. Clown world... After the $600 security deposit, they'll request even more money for "cleaning the carpets". Like, hey that's what the $600 deposit is for. Run far from this establishment. Hotel service in the ghetto is better than this place.

Don't recommend. Neighbors are loud. Thin walls. No door stops so everyone is slamming their heavy wooden doors onto steel frames. Maintenance crew is very nice though. If it wasnt for them, id happily leave a 1 star. Management is a nightmare to deal with. Next to a homeless shelter so you have a lot of interesting nights with cops lights glaring through your windows and glass doors. Fun to watch though. You're better off signing a 1 year lease before giving these “people” your hard earned money, they care very little once they have you locked in a contract.

Wonderful place to live. The staff is amazing and friendly! They take care of the residents and always respond to issues immediately. They communicate what is going on in the building with clearly posted notes. The facility is always immaculate and if they allowed pets I would stay here forever. Amazing management.

Make sure you document EVERYTHING!
We had a short-term rental for the season, and we all were traveling constantly; seldom in the apartment. There was confusion with staff changes when we moved in and were not given the proper forms to document the apartment condition. At move out we were told we had been given the paperwork, but that was untrue and the manager argued with me about it. We were quiet, and the apartment was occupied only a few days each month. At move-out, after only four months, we were charged nearly half of our deposit for a long list of iffy items, despite the fact that we all

We have lived here going on 2 years and have never had any gripes. The new property manager, Deanna makes our experience that much more special. She is so great! The maintenance guys are prompt, efficient and are even a lot of fun to talk to. If you’re looking to live near downtown, check them out, it’ll be worth it.

I lived at the outlook apartments for 5 years. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 years during which I was happy with the apartment, building security and no noise. In 2016 I moved to a 2 bedroom apartment. Larger than the first one with same security and features. The problems I had with the apartments are as follow. After moving out of my first apartment I was charged money for touch up cleaning which is not legal. Check AK landlord/tenant law. After moving out of apartment number 2 I decided to be present on the move out inspection to prevent being charged again. I spent an entire month

I lived here in 2017 and 2018. Previous managers were not the most reliable or honest. But I lucked out when leaving and had a change of management to Barbara who treats her residents with respect and looks after the place like it were her own. Being able to maintain the property and make it feel like a safe place to live isn't the easiest task but I think going forward it will be a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to people only because I know that the management is reasonable and kind. Outlook gained a wonderful manager and wouldn't be nearly as pleasant without Barbara. It takes

These people are straight up crooks. From the outside the apartments look good but on the inside not so much. The apartments are small and overpriced. I shouldn't have been paying half what I was paying per month considering the crappy rooms and the fact that they've had issues with breakins and homeless people. I paid a lot for my apartment and assigned parking spot and when someone parked in my spot they refused to help me out. They also screwed me out of a huge portion of my deposit when I left and provided a bunch of lame BS excuses for it even though I left that place ten times cleaner than
