Bought hame cheese lettuce and tomato on a roll with a drink. It was almost 16 dollars. I hand the guy my credit card he looks at me and says we don't take cards. I walked out.

We were craving a good deli sandwich ... yelped and found this place. We didn't realize it's cash only and also the pricing was left blank on the menu. We paid $10 for the smallest ham sandwich with dry bread. The staff was very nice and accommodating during the late hour. Not sure if I just went in on a bad day. Will give another try next time.

One of my favorite delis to visit when I lived one town over in Great Neck. Now that I live in Manhasset and it is very convenient to drop in for some delicious breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Deli is a throwback to the delis I grew up going to w/ my folks when I was little kid in Brooklyn. The only better than the home made hot foods are Kenny, the owner and his staff. If you're ever in Manhasset do yourself a big favor and visit Manhasset Deli and get yourself a freshly made sandwiches, paninis or wraps.
Tip:
The New York Exchange & The Stockbroker sandwiches are highly recommended.

Honestly, Manhasset Deli makes the best sandwiches. I love to get the shareholder but I have to ask for extra meat which is another $3 and I like to get lettuce on it and extra Russian dressing which cost an extra dollar. The prices are ridiculous. I go there because I love the men and women that work there. You guys know who you are. You guys are the best. What are your prices are just ridiculous.

CASH ONLY!!
Wow! Instead of only having a Wear A Mask sign on the door, how about one that says We're a CASH ONLY deli?
Finding out at checkout is weird.
On a better note, this place is good
The turkey is better than at other delis in the area.
I tried the tomato rice soup and chick pea salad. Both were good.
There's a wall of drinks and chips. Huge selection.
Lots of sandwich specials.
Seemed like it was filled with regulars.
Its a good Manhasset deli when in the area.

I used to love this place, and everyone working there is very sweet, but depending on who makes your order it's either really good or pretty bad. It's never consistent and you get different amount of meat every time in a sandwich. Especially considering the price or for the fact that you're paying anything for it, quality should be so much better. I know it's covid but it's been the same experience for the last few times I've been here. Also, there were people packed into the tiny store and no one was more than 3 feet apart.

One of the workers apparently hates doing his job. I walked in at 6:50 and he said "it's 7:00 we're closed". When I told him no it's 6:50 and I only needed a half pound of American Cheese he had an attitude and said if it's not precut I'm turning you away. I got my order but he was very rude. I worked in a deli myself, and we closed at 4:00; but if a customer walked in at 3:59 I had to serve him whatever he needed with no attitude whatsoever..you know because that's how it works. The food is good but thanks to this terrible worker I will no longer give them

11$ for a roast beef sandwich? With barely any meat? Go to Orlando's...nicer staff and better sandwiches

Great neighborhood deli. Fast and friendly service. Generous portion of bacon on my breakfast sandwich; eggs were cooked perfect and the sandwich was not greasy or buttery. Prices are average for the area. I will return.

Best deli in the world (i legitimately believe that). The care that gets put into every detail of your order is second to none. Get the consultant on a hero and you will not be disappointing. The shareholder, also one of best sandwiches i have ever had. Daily specials are always a treat too. Breakfast sandwiches also great.

When I worked on Northern Blvd many years ago they had the best soup. My favorite was tomato with tiny little meatballs. Haven't had it in many years but it was my favorite along with the turkey burgers

Food was old and chicken cutlet deluxe was chewy, soggy and wrapped in a breakfast sandwich wrapper not even fully covering the hero.

The Virgils Soda 4 packs are all covered in dust and old like the food.

Staff is nice and just need to be cleaner.

Never going back.

Average deli with above average service. Walking in here early on a Saturday morning, the people working were to incredibly friendly. We all chatted about what was playing on the news on the TV behind the counter. It was nice to experience such a warm community feeling. It's not new or updated but it is incredibly clean and you can tell it is well maintained.
I liked that there were some easy grocery items (mostly breakfast oriented) like half and half, milk, cookies, crackers, etc. I could see stopping by to pick up breakfast and a few things for a family or a group. They worked on my sandwich

"Manhasset Deli is better than Orlando's" said the masses. I've heard it many times, but never ventured further down Plandome to give it a shot. And then I found myself without lunch this past Thursday and thought, why not? Well, I wasn't too impressed.

The inside feels like an old world deli, or at least something from the 1940's or 50's with brown tiling and finish. The little shelves of knickknacks on the back wall by the registers adds to it and in turn, this added to my already high expectations as I figured a classic spot would have some quality grub. The

Have mixed feelings about this place. The quality of the ingredients was very high. But, the recipes are a bit unusual, and kinda of rushed together.

Cons:
CASH ONLY
Steep prices for a deli
Service is kinda slow

Pros:
Good portion sizes
Nice decor
Good location

There's always a line here at lunch time and for good reason. The sandwiches are big and made like you want it. I had the Turkey Club w. bacon and it was over 2" high and warm! Its not fast, like us New Yorkers like it. It takes them about 10 minutes to make your sandwich, so you stand there until they call out your sandwich or pick you out of the crowd to tell you, your order is ready to pay. It seems most people here are regulars from the hood.

The cons: there are no price lists anywhere. Menu and offerings are listed on boards overhead and you never know what they're gonna
