My strength is helping you to be a better paddler no matter what level you are performing at. My background in physiology, human movement, owner of a cycling studio and many years as an exercise therapist with the Egoscue Method creates a strong foundation for you to learn. For the advanced paddler I can help you further hone your skills.
For more information see About Jen. I have an undergraduate degree in Physiology and Biomechanics, Muscular Therapy and became a Certified Egoscue Exercise Therapist over 12 years ago. I helped run an Egoscue clinic in downtown San Francisco and later opened a second clinic in Mill Valley, CA. I now have my own practice as an affiliate of Egoscue in Marin.

I love teaching beginners as well as intermediate and advanced paddlers. There is always something to learn and improve on, especially since the sport of SUP is new and expanding. Learning good habits and the basics of paddle stroke and board handling from the very beginning will set you up for more fun and success as you advance in your abilities.
Jen Fuller Fitness is a service and experience designed to help one regain a natural state of alignment and health. No matter if you are a top-notch athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone with a chronic condition this work will give you tools to last throughout your life. Egoscue is Pete's last name.
This is the last Tuesday training practice on the San Francisco side before Battle of the Bay.but not the last Tuesday Training! I will have 2 training times going out from Fort Mason. Meet at F-One/Manera shop at 1201 Bridgeway C, Sausalito, CA 94965. If you need to rent a board please call them ahead of time.
Take Hwy 80 to the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. On the Marin side take the second exit to Hwy 101 South. When the road turns to two lanes stay in the left lane, as this is the lane you will need to be in to get on Hwy 101 South. Take the Tiburon Blvd./ East Blithedale exit, turn left onto Tiburon Blvd.

Jen knows so much and brings wisdom and common sense from many disciplines, to help get us back into optimal functioning. Her scope is so holistic that when you work with Jen you begin to rethink so many aspects of your life that might be causing a little drag here or there. She made me honest, helping me see where I was cheating myself- and that wasn't part of her job description! It just is a byproduct. Highly recommended and then some!

Wanna get your butt kicked and looking good... sign up for a spin class with Jen.
I've had the good fortune of working out with Jen the past 6 months. She's awesome. Believe me, I never thought in a million years that I would take a spin class. It always looked miserable to me. But lo and behold, a friend persuaded me to try Jen's class. And after a couple of classes, I was hooked. Jen motivates you without acting like a drill sergeant. Her classes are nothing but positive and free-spirited. It's odd when you can exercise and smile/laugh at the same time. That's the kind

I met Jen through the paddle boarding community in the spring of 2013. She held an advanced paddle board clinic followed by an Egoscue session.
While Jen is a superb paddler and instructor, the focus of this review is her Egoscue work. I had never heard of Egocscue prior to meeting Jen who defined it as "managing pain through ensuring the alignment of the body". As it sounded much like a chiropractic procedure, I had very low expectations of achieving a positive long-term result. (Based on experience, I had always viewed chiropractic medicine as a procedure that provided short term

I ran into Jen the first time at a PaddleBoard shop. I was woefully out of shape and just wandering around looking for someway to try and get back to being healthy. I overheard Jen coaching some folks and finishing up a training session with them.
There was something that told me she was one of those naturals at helping folks get to where they needed to be. I asked her if she thought she might be able to help this 60 something year old guy get back to being fit. She looked at me with those great optimistic eyes and said something like, "Of course. We both can do it."

Jen is a fabulous posture, alignment and fitness professional. Her Egoscue-based exercise programs are individually designed to meet each client's specific needs and imbalances. If you want to be pain-free, strong and looking good in your body, and you're willing to take the time to do your work, Jen is a great coach. She's got a depth of knowledge and years of experience in exercise science, plus she's really fun and very caring, supportive and enthusiastic. People can work with her individually, or drop in to one of her classes, or schedule an into to stand-up paddle-boarding

I can't wait to get up early on Tuesdays and Thursdays, knowing that after my Egoscue class, I will move with ease for the rest of the day. Jen is a patient and clear instructor who creates a very comfortable environment to learn. She has a dedicated following in her group Egoscue class and it is because of her dedication and caring nature.
I didn't have a clue what Egoscue was, but liked the idea of a workout that promised to heal my body, not hurt it. The stretches are easy on my body but really provide results!

I have been working with Jen for many months now. She uses the Egoscue system (and who knows... maybe lots more in the general workout fun sessions) to teach me to have great posture so that all my exercises are optimized from the ground floor up. Before Jen lots of what I did wound up in injury but since working with Jen I have been able to do way more and get so much stronger and more resilient. Plus she is so much fun! She is a brilliant teacher. Any time i tweak something we go back and fix it. My fear of exercise is long gone and I am thrilled to have her as my ally in total fitness! She turns
