I've been going to Koi Fitness since 2008. I started going as rehab for a shoulder injury and have stayed for the friendships and fitness level I've been able to achieve. Working out outdoors is the best and I much prefer it this way. Now that classes are all virtual, it has made getting a workout in even more convenient. I run in my neighborhood and workout in my backyard. Stevan and Ryan are both excellent and will push you to meet your fitness and health goals. They're also just good, solid people who care. During such a crazy time as right now, they're something that I look

Awesome workout with an excellent trainer.

I got lucky and got a personal, early morning training session with Ryan. As a personal trainer myself, I was thoroughly impressed with Ryan's knowledge, attention to detail, and overall ability to create an amazing, outdoor workout in the park. Definitely recommended and would definitely do again. Thanks!

I've been a fan of Stevan (owner of Koi Fitness) and Koi for years.

Stevan is one of the most knowledgable fitness experts in the Bay Area-period. His staff is also top notch.

You will gets results with these guys and you'll want to keep coming back.

There are a lot of fitness fads out there but Koi is proven! You won't go wrong.

Stevan Krstic is as good as it gets! I've been training with him for 6 months and at 50, I believe I'm in the best shape of my life. Because I'm a certified (ACSM/NASM) trainer I'm very picky when I choose someone to work with me. I look for expertise, professionalism and rapport -- Stevan has all 3 in abundance. His knowledge of physiology/kinesiology and sports conditioning impressed me immediately, but his level of professionalism and easy-going demeanor really complete the package. Each workout session is thoughtfully planned, appropriately challenging (i.e. he makes me

I've been working with Stevan for over a year now and am in the best shape of my life and have never felt better. Having worked with trainers at Equinox, LAFitness and Sports ClubLA I can attest that Stevan is the best, most qualified, most knowledgeable, hardest working and most personable trainer I've had. His domain knowledge of human physiology, body kinetics and musculature is unsurpassed. He has helped me look and feel great and overcome injuries and surgeries.

I strongly recommend Stevan if you are serious about your health and fitness goals. There isn't a better trainer

I signed up for 8 personal training sessions with Stevan, and I'm so glad I did. Stevan effectively tailored a training program to meet my needs and goals. He pushed me to get better, always in a positive and upbeat way. He also did a great job tweaking the training sessions so that I never got bored or too comfortable. Whenever I had questions about how to do an exercise, he always clearly articulated the right way to do it. He's very responsive and accommodated my schedule.

In sum, he provided exactly what I was looking for when I initially decided to get a personal trainer

I've been doing 3 days a week with Koi's "Non-run bootcamp" (now scheduled as M, W, F at 6am) for about 5 months. In that time I've seen a huge difference in my strength and cardio.

When I started, I hadn't worked out consistently in years. It was a rough start but after two to three weeks I was feeling noticeably different. I was getting through the work-outs much more easily and felt really good. After 6 weeks, I'd lost body fat and shifted that to muscle. I was so excited by that first six week session that I've consistently signed up for each new six

I wanted so badly to like Koi Fitness. I've been stalking their website for deals for months, just hoping for the opportunity to take their 6am Golden Gate Park (Music Concourse) class. Seemed like the perfect fit. And then - like magic! - an offer appeared on Gilt City. I snapped it up immediately. I was so excited!

And then... I emailed Koi Fitness to let them know which location I'd like to sign up for. The Gilt deal listed ALL locations; it listed them in the text of the deal itself, and it linked to all the locations on Koi's website. To be clear: I'm a lawyer. I know

Being a member of Koi fitness for a little less than a year now, this review is long overdue. That being said, I am an extremely satisfied customer. Ditching the confines of an indoor gym-type setting was the best choice I made when considering my options for a new type of workout. Koi, and Stevan's team of expert trainers haven't disappointed.

Why do I love Koi? They helped kick my butt into shape. The 6-week block of training sessions gradually increases intensity, each day of the week focusing on a different aspect of strength and endurance. That being said, the workouts are made

I've just started my 7th week of working out with Koi Fitness (I got one week free at the beginning to make sure I liked their program), and I'm loving it.

I thought the fact that I'd have to get up at 5:15 in the morning (I'm normally not a morning person) in order to attend the 6am group in Golden Gate Park, four days a week, would do me in and keep me from committing to six weeks of their program, but the expert guidance and individual attention I've received from each of the trainers, the beautiful location, the group camaraderie, and the variety of activities, has

Six weeks later, I am 4 lbs lighter with a smaller waist.

It's fun, it's dirty, it's freaking early, and it's worth the money -- although not cheap. It's more expensive than a gym membership, but you'll get more results. I've done it all - spinning, training with a trainer, yogabootyballet, kickboxing, running and hot yoga but I personally feel that this is definitely worth the money and really, really, really fun.

The team of trainers are spectacular and the workouts are varied. Each day has a focus -- energy, endurance, strength and um...pain? You&apos

July 13th, 2009. Chicago O'Hare airport. My flight leaves at 6:45 sharp, and it's 6:37 now. I've cleared security and am now sprinting down concourse H. There are 18 gates, and I'm going to gate 17. I'm carrying 4 days worth of clothes, my old heavy laptop, and a large digital camera. It's not looking good, or feeling good either. I'm wheezing. Getting dizzy. My legs start to wobble and I brush against a guy, then knock over a trash can. I see the gate it sight, but can't run anymore. My body feels cold. There's a funny iron taste

Koi fitness is awesome!

In the past few years I've gotten a little older, a little more lazy, a little out of shape, and packed on a few more lbs. So I decided to join Koi for a fun and different workout, aka sans gym. I've been going now about 3-4 times a week for 3 months and I feel so great about my progress! I'm faster, lighter, and more energetic than ever!

To start at the beginning: my first day at Koi was hard. I didn't realize how out of shape I had become and it was hard getting my body to want to exercise. The first week I was so sore and had doubts I could

Stevan (the bald guy) is the BEST trainer ever. He's experienced, sincere, knowledgeable (about getting fit and about nutrition) and he has the best personality out there.

He's assemble a great team of trainers who are all really good and fun. It's a great workout. If you want to get or stay fit, this is the way to do it effectively and, just as importantly, safely.

I am on my 3rd session and wow, I really look great. No more wandering around town feeling self conscious, pathetic, unattractive, bloated or sloth-some. The neediness has also disappeared. This fitness regime has done wonders for my self respect too. I now approach women with confidence, dignity and a vast, overwhelming feeling of pride and overbearing self-confidence. Ok, my attitude needs a small adjustment, however no more feelings of inferiority. Running up and down a sand ladder will do that for you. Want results, try this program.

The trainers are highly professional, experienced

The tide turned this year. And though it took a while coming (the actual turn happened closer to mid-year than the start of the year) it arrived!

I've never been a morning person. Though I've gone through spurts of gym ratiness I wouldn't say I've ever been very excited about "working out". Koi Fitness changed both of these things! Amazing.

After finding their flyer near work I called and signed up (taking a large leap of faith per the two statements above). I was not to be disappointed.
The six week session started out with an assessment Jr. High style (running

Rapidly approaching old age forced me to find a venue to work the kinks out. Blood pressure was out of control. Weight was steadily climbing, and the creaks and pops of aging were getting louder everyday. Enter Koi.

Mostly about cardio, with strength training worked in, if your goal to feel better, lose weight, tone up or just find a group of people to work out with, Koi rules.

Koi Fitness is the latest outdoor program available in the Bay Area.

Stevan Krstic, one of the founders of BootcampSF along with eight topnotch personal trainers have left and started Koi Fitness Systems. It's the same fantastic outdoor "boot camp" style workout as before but if you ask me -- it's better!

This program combines running, exercise drills and lots of calisthenics (sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges leg lifts, crunches).
Ouch!

But what's so amazing is that it's fun! I truly feel great afterwards. I know how cliche this is going to sound
