Always the best experience, I only have some knowledge of cars and anytime I dont understand something Brad and Joe are happy to explain it to me. Super flexible about getting me in weather I am possibly overreacting and just think there is something wrong with my car or something big happens that needs to be done. A few weeks ago prior to my visit we had scheduled to get my car in as it was acting funky, withing an hour of setting it up it started overheating. They said get here when you can and they had it done and ready the next day. I will never stop saying that Crawfords is the best place

Great staff and talented shop. They handled a very tough job replacing broken exhaust manifold studs on my vehicle and was completed on-time from their promise date. Joe the service advisor does a great job making sure he sources the best quality replacement parts, avoiding inconvenient returns to the shop. Had my work done for over 4 months now with no issues, and have had other work done recently as well with same great results. Thank you!

Extremely unhappy with the level of service provided. My car sometimes wouldn’t start. Both times I brought it in for this issue I was suggested repairs that the mechanic didn’t know was going to fix the issue (Why are suggesting repairs if you don’t know the source of the problem?). Now I’m out nearly $600 for them to do random changes to my car when they didn’t even know what the cause of the issue was!
Now I found out my battery was just faulty from a different mechanic yet Crawford wasn’t able to figure that out?
Unless this is made right, I’m never returning with my business

Crawford's fixed my car's issue for a reasonable price when my dealership tried to scam me. I called from my dealership with lots and lots of questions about what was going on, and they were very willing to help me figure out whether I should bring it in for a second opinion or not. They got me in super fast, even though they were busy that week. Friendly people and fast. You can tell they care a lot about doing a good job, and making their customers happy. I will be back next time I need something!

5 stars all the way!!!... Had to find a new auto service provider quickly to calibrate my friends Interlock system in Prius (vehicle), and Joe (Doug, plus staff too) was super friendly and took care of it for me; and quickly (less that 15 minutes). GREAT JOB "Crawford's Auto Repair TEAM... I would definitely refer you now that I've found you, and trust you will take care of all your customers (Interlock needs and other auto repair/services too) as well as you have mine.
