The staff didn't introduce themselves or really state what they were going to do. They also didn't summarize their findings. When they began marking my skin, I had to ask if there was going to be a biopsy or excision and then they said yes. The procedure wasn't explained, and if I didn't watch it, I wouldn't have known what they were doing. I am sure the practice is busy, but it would have been nice to have some more teaching or explaining during my exam and procedure.

I have been going to Warrenton Dermatology since he opened years ago. Prior, I have seen other doctors. My mother and grandmother died of melanoma and I am always anxious. Dr. C is the BEST. He is calm, knowledgeable and caring. He has my life in his hands and he takes it seriously. I have the best doc EVER. I recommend anyone needing a dermatologist to seek out his practice. I am so disappointed to give this review after receiving wonderful care since 2013 but I feel I need to share this experience with others. Something has gone terribly wrong here. My appointment was on August 9 at 10:45 for a routine skin check and I arrived on time. I waited in the waiting room 15+ minutes and was taken into an exam room where I sat for 45 minutes in a thin gown on the very uncomfortable exam table! No one came in to check on me. I finally got up, got dressed, and proceeded to leave. There were 2 nurses sitting behind a desk in front of the exam room. Why didn't one of them at

I’m sorry but this place has me so disappointed. I can NEVER get someone on the phone. I called to cancel an appointment due to falling ill, I get no call back and have tried calling at least 15 times since with no luck at all. I have now received a no-show bill for $75. For me the money is no issue, what I take issue with is that they were quick to cut a bill but not to call their clients back. I’ve also always found it really concerning that they win business of the year due to number of sales…umm this is a doctors office or so it’s supposed to be. I understand there are other services

2 August update- Finally received a call back from the office 2 weeks later asking about the billing questions. Again, I was directed to the billing service that directed me to the office. It is apparently a difficult task to provide a straightforward statement reflecting dates of service with associated charges and applied payments. I have been updated that the office administrator is looking into this matter now. This was supposed to have happened 2 weeks ago according to the billing department. We will see if I can get an actual statement that reflects what is actually due. I have yet to receive
