We are currently part of the Anthem BCBS PPO (excluding Healthkeepers and Carefirst HMO), Cigna Open Access (except Surefit and ConnectCare), United Healthcare PPO, and Aetna PPO (Not Aetna Innovations) networks. We are also non-participating providers for Medicare. That means we are still able to examine and treat patients with Medicare, however, we require payment in full at the time of the appointment.

We were excited to receive an appointment with Prince William Dermatology but they required a driver's license to be scanned and didn't have an alternative like pay upfront or sign an agreement to not have it scanned like most places let you do when you actively work at avoiding identity theft. They became unfriendly and tried to justify the risks they are having their patients take. We left. The whole situation wasted so much of our time!

When I went there for an issue that bothered me and the specialist I was checked by was not wearing gloves and some staff were not following CDC guidelines on wearing masks during examining my skin and she was in such a hurry advised me that my issue needs a minor surgery that needs to be rescheduled.
To my surprise I got a bill for $240 in addition to $600 they charged my insurance. I was able to get my main issue resolved by another dermatologist with excellent service and reasonably cost. Stay away from this place it's a scam

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now, and I drive about an hour because I have been disappointed with the dermatologists in my town. The staff here is great. Have never had a billing problem, and they routinely catch stuff during exams I may not have noticed based on location, etc. I can’t say enough about this practice, and I’m very happy I found them. Top notch! Highly recommend!

I was a first time patient here a few weeks ago. The PA that saw me was great and the office staff was very welcoming. I didn't have to wait long and it was a pleasant experience. A few days later I called because I had severe eczema on my scalp which I discussed at my appointment flared up and I had been treated with a steroid in the past. I called to have an RX called in and they wanted me to come in again, even though I had just been there a few days ago. I called back again and explained that I had been there a few days ago and discussed this treatment with the PA. They said someone would call

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They rather charge you cancellation fees / administrative fees and lose a client if you call them to reschedule a few hours before your appointment. This was due to work and I cannot control the fact that I had to be detained longer then expected. Never in my life have I experienced this and obviously they are interested more in the interest of making a dollar then the health of their clients.

My son had a rash breakout several weeks ago, we took him to an urgent care facility and it was misdiagnosed. The medication they prescribed actually made it much worse. I then sought treatment at Prince William Dermatology where Dr. Ha saw my son. Dr. Ha was very knowledgeable and in great detail explained to myself and my 9 year old son the issue. It was obvious that he truly cares about his patients and he even took time to recommend the most cost effective place to purchase the prescription. Thank you Dr. Ha for your professionalism and passion for what you do.

My brother turned me on to Prince William Dermatology (Dr. Ha) 6 or 7 years ago. I have never had any luck with any other dermatologist. My first visit, Dr. Ha was just an awesome guy. He checked me over thoroughly and found some sun spots, told me what to do to prevent these problems again. I live an hour and 20 minutes from the office and Dr. Ha and staff is worth every mile I travel once a year. I decided to have laser surgery for those areas that I picked at when I was younger and had Chelsea Reamy give me the treatments. She has also seen me for other things. I would highly recommend her as

Dr. Ha is the best dermatologist I have ever seen. I would get annual checkups and was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism on explaining every detail. Had several biopsies and Actinic Keratosis cells removed over the years. I say all this because I moved overseas a few years ago and can't find a decent dermatologist anywhere. I am going to fly back to VA just to get my annual checkups. Thank you Dr. Ha.
