Services
Brockwell's Septic and Service, Inc. has been a family-owned and operated business serving the needs of the community with prompt and professional service. We are a Virginia Class A contractor providing septic tank cleaning, grease trap cleaning, wastewater hauling, sewer drain cleaning, conventional septic system inspections, and compliance with the Chesapeake Bay Act throughout New Kent, Charles City, Henrico, and Eastern Hanover Counties.
Every household is unique, but a general rule of thumb is that septic tanks should be cleaned every 3 - 5 years. When you choose Brockwell's Septic and Service, our team of professional wastewater technicians take great care in cleaning the work site before we leave your property. Every cleaning includes a visual review of the interior of the tank.
Most Food Service Facilities are required to incorporate a grease trap or interceptor between their kitchen and the municipality's sewer system. The purpose is to retain Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) within the facility. If not contained, the FOG will eventually cause plugging in the municipality's sewer system creating an environmental hazard.
Count on Brockwell's Septic and Service for non-hazardous wastewater hauling for commercial and municipal customers. Our team has a fleet of large and small pump trucks that can carry between 800 and 6,000 gallons, enabling us to haul more volume per trip than the typical septic company.
We are a registered eVA vendor with a SWAM (Small and Woman-Owned Business Certification) and have a Micro Business Certification from the Small Business Administration. We have insurance coverage to satisfy federal, state, and local requirements. Contact us today for your estimate. Since Brockwell's Septic and Service opened, our team has had numerous government contracts and has worked on many smaller jobs on a will-call basis.

Homeowners and business owners (especially restaurants) need to have sewer lines cleaned occasionally. Sewer lines between a structure and the septic tank and grease trap can clog with sludge or waste. Lines between a septic tank and distribution box can plug with sludge too.
All the pump trucks at Brockwell's Septic and Service are equipped with jetters that allow us to unstop and clean your lines better than a flat cable hand snake or mechanical rotary snake.Contact our team today for prompt service. For larger projects, our team uses the Spartan Soldier trailer jetter.

I awakened to a backed up septic system. I called my Landlord, and after a short explanation of the situation, he said he would phone back shortly. He did, and informed me that Brockwells would be out in an hour-AND THEY WERE! I live in a rather remote location,
And imagined it would likely take several days for service. I was blown away at the quick and courteous response. Corey and Ray were professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would not hesitate to refer them to Family and Friends. ThankYou Corey and Ray!! (and my ultra responsive Landlord) You all saved the day!

Corey and Zach came out this morning to inspect our septic tank. They were early, professional, and kind. We were nervous about calling a septic company out to our house since we are first time homeowners, but they were knowledgeable and friendly. The lady who answers the phones was very nice as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I called and left a message right before they had opened and received a call back in about 15mins. They gave me an estimate over the phone and actually were able to come out the same day! Said they had another job to do and would probably be by my house between 11-12. Sure enough right on time! Very happy with the service and would highly recommend! Thanks again!

I had scheduled a pump out for 12/4/2019.
However, my complete drain stopped working Friday after Thanksgiving.I called Brockwell and although closed they were able to send out Corey. We found out that roots had blocked the drain. Corey was great and resolved the problem in no time. Thank you Corey and Brockwell for the excellent service.
