I am new to the area and I'm looking for a competent shirt laundry. I tried Fabricare in Dunwoody for my business shirts. They were returned wet and wrinkled. In order to wear them, I had to iron them myself. I am posting this as a service to Fabricare. The shirt pressing is lax and the inspection superficial. The product does not justify the price.

I would 100% recommend Fabricare Center for wedding dress preservation and cleaning! I took my wedding dress out after 2 years to be dry cleaned, and there was a horrible brown stain!! I had no idea what it was or how it got there! After taking it to fabricare center, the stain is *completely* gone. I wish I had taken a picture before having it boxed and preserved!
My dress designer suggested sending it to a cleaning center in San Diego, CA where the quoted price for cleaning and preservation was $500! The price at fabricare was not nearly as expensive, and the stain came out perfectly.

We've been a Fabricare customer for over three years now and have found them to be by far the most professional dry cleaning and laundry services provider in the Atlanta metro area. They conveniently pick up and deliver to our midtown condominium building every week and have painstakingly cared for and not only met, but exceeded our expectations every single time.

They are expensive but they pick up and drop off in one business day to my building in Midtown Atlanta so the price of convenience was worth the expense to me due to my crazy work travel schedule. They were ripping off the top buttons on my dress shirts and they did fix that issue and replaced the buttons. Now they lost a Brooks Brothers linen sports coat and the pants to a custom tailored suit. They are unable to locate my items and are not offering to replace the items they lost nor are they calling me back. They claim to have never received the Brooks Brothers Regent Linen jacket and that

Terrible dry cleaner. First, their listed price on the advertisement handed to me was wrong and they called me to say they were charging me more. Then when I got my clothes, a couple shirts had large wrinkles down the front. After emailing a complaint and being promised to have them fixed without charge, they end up charging my card again. Furthermore, it's very inconvenient to even make an order with them as you have to write it down on a piece of paper what you would like to be done.

While convenient for valet pick up and drop off at Skyhouse Buckhead, it is not convenient when high end tailored clothing goes missing, multiple times. I had $500 in dress shirts go missing within 1 month of each other, after 10 months of relatively good experience with this company. I do not recommend this service and will not use again. Management was aware of the situation, and while responsive, offered no remedy to fix the issue. How frustrated would you be if you dropped off more clothing than you picked up? Find another dry cleaner, I have.

Conveniently located for me, been coming here about 2 years now. Staff is always friendly and always remembers my name! I can't recall ever being more than one car in front of me in the drive-thru line, love the drive-thru feature. They've never lost anything, I've never had an issue.
Avoid lunch time pick up, or drop off as the Chick-Fil-A drive thru can make navigating the parking lot a nightmare!

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHES. I live at Twelve Centennial Residences. This company does a pick-up/drop-off service here. I don't know why, but I have used it place multiple times for wash & fold and dry cleaning, and literally every single time my clothes come back something is destroyed. I guess I was just convinced that each time would be different.

I have been using Fabricare Center (at Jett Ferry) for years. The staff is friendly and I get an email when my order is ready. They also offer home pickup and delivery (although I have not used that yet). They are able to handle comforters, leather and bulky items. A couple of times I have left cash in my pocket, which they returned to me. All in all, I have been very satisfied with this dry cleaner.

I live in The Arts Center Tower in Midtown and Fabricare does a pick-up and delivery service to here. It has been super convenient and I have been very pleased with the quality of the work. I usually have them do my nice POLO shirts (or Izod or Nautica LOL) and ALL of my airline uniforms. Again, very pleased and just pleased with the overall service I get. Anytime I have had a question, Ben has immediately responded by e-mail and has always been courteous.
Just recently, I decided to try their wash, dry and fold service (they supply you with nice laundry bags btw) as my free time to do things
