I have several things I can say about Mr. Spencer and Steve, both were very laid back, honest, and direct with me. I always received quick responses. When I asked to speak he set up times to talk, when I asked for help he generated me a list of resources (more than once), and if his firm didn't approach me while I was still ignorant about personal injury then I would have absolutely nothing to show for. My favorite thing was how my attorney kept his witts about him. Smart, sharp, professional, and very direct. I strongly recommend this firm for all your personal injury cases.

This law firm is stretched too thin. They were not able to represent me as they promised despite all the money I paid them over the last two years. They admitted to making several errors in regards to representing me. They took my money and didn't do what they were paid to do. I trusted them and they did me wrong. They don't take the time to read the filings from the opposing party or to catch small little mistakes they make. More than a year has gone by and I've received no billing from them. The previous review sounds very real to me. This firm comes across very caring, but is not. Neither Spencer or Steve return calls, thus not answering questions about the case and where it is going. We have to keep calling and calling and then we are told "the case is pending" by the office staff. This is extremely aggravating.....just let me have a minute with the attorney, please !! There is a constant turnover of office staff. There are piles of papers, boxes and files all around making the office look very disorganized. I would suggest a firm who is more aggressive and organized

Spencer & Steven are very good/respectable attorneys. They represented me on a malicious prosecution case I had against the state of Oklahoma. I know for a fact these guys spent a lot of their own personal money to defend my civil rights. The out come might not of been what I wanted, but still, I would use these attorneys again hands down. case's are only won & tossed out by judges not lawyers, some clients forget that. I don't take kindly to writing a review for a firm I have thought so highly of. My husband and I hired this law firm to represent he and I in several matters. They filed numerous lawsuits, however some of the lawsuits they filed were just thrown together. Spencer Bryan assured me they would be amended prior to the lawsuits being served. Spencer told my husband that they should have done it already but have been taking advantage of the extra time the law allows. The lawsuits were never amended or even served.

I never thought I could completely trust a lawyer. Mr. Bryan and Mr. Terrill made me feel 100 percent confident in their judgment and ability to represent me as their client. I could depend on them to be completely honest with me. I never felt like I was being strung along or manipulated. They had so much compassion towards me and my case.
