I am a Pacific Lutheran University Graduate and my team and I have been supporting individuals and businesses in the area for over 40 years. I opened my agency in 2008 after an exciting career in the wireless industry. My family and I are active in the community volunteering and raising money for several non-profit organizations, schools and athletics.
Most weekends are spent on a soccer field, in a gym, at a swimming pool or working with our home church youth group. Synan, the office manager, was so helpful and friendly. She assisted me in transferring my insurance from out of state and went the extra mile to check all the ways I could save money. I was really impressed by how attentive she was to details and how kind and patient she was on the phone. Made me feel confident about working with this office!

[Updated] Though Chuck McFarland's office was initially slow to help when the tow lot wouldn't release our car after the accident, once he realized what was going on he was very responsive. He's been in touch with us regularly and has worked to ensure our issue was resolved quickly.

I've been with this location ever since I could drive, and I have always worked with Kailey and only Kailey. She treats you with such kindness, honesty and amazing customer service! She really is my go to insurance gal! Kailey has always been such a pleasure and joy to talk to whether we are talking about insurance or just about how our day is going. I hadn't even looked into insurance policies and prices since I was 18 years old. I didn't know what to expect and I definitely don't know much about insurance. I ended up working with Sean, and he's an amazing representative! He was knowledgeable about all of my coverage options and really listened to my needs to match me with a policy that was best for my family. I would highly recommend anyone to come in and see him. I've moved a number of times since I've been in Seattle, and Kailey, Chuck, and team have always been helpful, patient, and prompt. A couple months ago when my car was broken into, State Farm took care of me and quickly got me to a shop to get my window fixed. I've been nothing but pleased with Kailey and am happy to recommend her team.
