Shelby West and the entire Russ Brown team were absolutely incredible, every single step of the way. From Daniel Feid, Natalie, to Ashley, & Jesha, every person I spoke and was assisted by was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Mr. West always shot straight with me and didn't beat around the bush, something I highly appreciated. Not only did they help me secure a bit of money for bills (a life saver in it's own right) that piled up due to missed work but they were incredibly compassionate, patient, and kind throughout the recovery process.

I got hit by a drunk driver on the freeway and was lucky to survive. Everyone at Russ Brown took good care of me. I understand that things take time and I feel that everything was taken care of efficiently. I received my settlement check, I had my hospital bills taken care of, the expenses that came with the lack of transportation were covered and I even got the market value for my total loss. I was in an accident in 2019 and my case was difficult. The motorcycle wasn’t mine so I wasn’t covered by the insurance. I had no health insurance either for my injuries. And, I had expired permit, no license. And they were still able to make sure my hospital fees were covered and I even got Paid. Professional and Friendly. Very communicative. While I don’t like to use Law Firms normally, I am glad my Wife contacted them while I was in the hospital, recovering after being hit by a car.
