Really enjoy living at The Elm! The amenities are fantastic - from the excellent fitness center to the 17th floor outdoor terrace with an amazing view to the variety of common spaces. All of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. And the central location in the heart of Bethesda can’t be beat!

Choosing to live at the Elm was one of the best decisions we’ve made. What we appreciate most about the Elm is how caring and helpful the staff is. Amaris was there to answer any and every question during the move-in process. The concierges are always so cheerful and happy to everything in their power to help (particular shout-out to Bethany who always appreciates my sarcasm!). Sean is such a joyful and helpful guy with some awesome food recommendations in the area. And the maintenance team is always responsive with a quick turnaround (particular shout-out to Francisco who even took the time

Francisco Murillo did a wonderful job assisting me with my washer and cabinet. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I don't think he was at my home more than 5 minutes. He was also so kind to put on shoe coverings as he entered my home, so thoughtful. He did amazing. The Elm is blessed to have him apart of their team. Great Job Francisco👍🏾

Honestly one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The decor, amenities, and the staff are top tier. I would like to give a shout out to Bethany. She has been the kindest and most caring concierge. She is not only friendly and readily available to help, but she is also professional. I can’t leave out the other staff member as well. Everyone here are kind, cheerful, and open to assisting for any needs.

I absolutely love living at The Elm. Everything from the apartments to the staff make this place amazing. One person I must call out though is FRANCISCO! He is the master Mr. Fix-It guy whenever a maintenance issue happens. Not only does he know what to do, he has genuinely one of the most positive personalities I have come across. In fact, one of the best parts of The Elm is how everyone who works here has a smile (albeit, hidden behind a mask), never a frown. For a building of this size, and this number of amenities, you never have to worry about waiting for maintenance to respond, Francisco
