The Lindley

We’ve loved living in the Lindley! Really high quality apartment, lots of natural light, and a really great management team, especially Devin.

Indeed,the staff are amazing,the office manager Devin is always welcoming with best manner. Greatest experience and ready to recommend anyone who is interested living in this community!

I couldn't be happier as a resident of the Lindley. Everything about it feels like home to me - and I've had many rental experiences following a number of moves. Devin is outstanding as our Property Manager - I'm always amazed by his willingness to help with ANY-thing... with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Our maintenance staff is the best of the best, and the common areas are spotlessly clean. We are so fortunate as residents - I give the Lindley 5 stars, without hesitation, and would give 10 if it were an option.

Living at the lindley is amazing. Not only is management excellent but they also bring in great events. Tonight they had a group of comedians that truly blew everyone away. I also met a lot of my neighbors I had never seen. Please bring them back again soon. Move here now!

The Lindley has been great so far. There was a comedy show hosted by 4 corners entertainment and it was hilarious. They really had to improvise with all the kids around. I’d love for them to come back!

The Lindley is a premier apartment complex and I would recommend that anyone live there. The entire staff is pleasant and hard working from the front desk people, to the maintenance workers, and to Mike K in the leasing office. The rooms themselves are beautiful with minimal to no noise heard from surrounding neighbors(no thin walls here). The overall building is on the quieter side but you still see plenty of your neighbors at the various building amenities so it was a good mix of quiet and social. Honestly Devin and Mike are simply amazing in every regard possible in finding a new apartment. The process was very smooth and they took the time to help me through the process. The Lindley was the only place that took my seriously while I was apartment hunting 3 months in advance and I am so glad I check this place out. I decided to randomly pop in one day while on a jog and ended up securing a lease on the spot. Crazy how things happen like that. The property is so calm and clean. I’ve lived in apartments most of my life, so I feel that I have a large enough sample to give an accurate review. Please believe me when I tell you that everything about this complex is top notch. You can easily review all the amenities online as you please, however, it is not all of these high quality finishes, and amenities that compels me to suggest this as your next apartment. It is the concierge staff, these individuals are amazing! They have come together as a team and provided me with some of the best service I’ve ever received. I would put them up against any other luxury apartment

I honestly cannot brag enough about The Lindley. The building and amenities are beautiful, the team is so friendly and accommodating, and our apartment is absolutely perfect. Our one bedroom is bright and spacious, the appliances are new, the walls are thick (seriously, we've never heard our neighbors or any noise from outside) and it is a pleasure to live and host guests here. We moved blind from the West Coast a year ago and everything was and still is exactly as pictured. You'll love it here, I promise.

The Lindley is an amazing place to live at starting from the application process all the way to now. The staff are wonderful and kind. I am from Atlanta, Georgia and this apartment complex feels like a home away from home. I arrived on move-in day and the apartment was perfectly cleaned. Jacquelyn, who no longer works here, did an amazing job at working with me during the application process. Mike, Devin, and Jimmy as well as all the other staff are kind, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend the Lindley to those that are looking for a home away from home.

My apartment is spacious with stainless steel kitchen appliances. The apartment is sunlight with an open floor plan. It gives you a lot of space to work with to make your apartment a home. The building is beautiful and well kept. Overall the apartment location and quality you get for the price is great compared to any other community in the upper D.C. metropolitan area. Convenient.

Love The Lindley. Friendly staff, very secure, pet friendly and the neighbors are all extremely friendly as well. noise cancelling windows so that you can't hear what's going on outside with great amenities, maintenance is quick and so is customer service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Best apartment complex on the Strip! This building has everything you could ever need as a college student. The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Hands-down the most convenient place to live as a UMD student, as it's the closest apartment off the high way and only 10 mins away from downtown silver spring!!!!

I’ve had a great time living here since the beginning COVID. The team members and staff are SO friendly! They are always willing to help out with whatever question you have or assist you in any way. The amenities are great and I love the huge gym. It’s been a great 6 months so far! Looking forward to seeing what else the lindley has to offer!

I lived at The Lindley for a year and a few months, unfortunately due to a job relocation I had to leave. My overall experience there was great. The apartment I lived in was stunning with a great view, huge windows and most importantly a dream kitchen that I actually used 😅. The building was always kept clean as well as the grounds. The area was great to walk my two dogs with a lot of green areas and a fenced in dog park on the rooftop. Most spring and summer nights I spent using the grills on the rooftop, they were easy to use and convenient. The best part of this community, hands down

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I came rushing to this community to check out what they advertised online as 2 months free rent promotion. After driving 30 minutes and wasting more time touring i come to find out their listed prices are reflecting their advertised promotion of what it is after its discounted. I am absolutely livid they would waste my time like this. because I thought I would be getting the promotion off their advertised prices. Ok so now thats out of the way let me tell you this; for a new construction building, theur units and community is not worth the prices they are/aren't advertising
