Upstairs At Bethesda Row Apartments

I give these five stars to David the Assistant Leasing Manager.... I recently moved into this Apartment Complex about two months ago and I must say, David the assistant manager made my move go very smoothly. He was thorough during the whole move in process. Even during my time here, after the initial move in, he has been very accommodating going over and beyond still assisting me while I’m adjusting to moving back to the city! I HIGHLY recommend him as your go to residence leasing agent or if you have any questions about moving in The Upstairs at Bethesda which has been awesome so far! Great

Beaware they have mice and roaches the pest control is always here I’ve killed 4, mice in one week they keep deleting my reviews, this place is outdated and living with mice is disgusting best thing about this place is the concierge. Update 2 days later I killed another one in my laundry room this place is disgusting I even had to pour bleach on it to kill it

Update this The 5th mouse they had the nerve to come to my place.
And say its because of trash like pest control isn't there every other week and told me I need to keep trash away like I would move into a unit that nearly cost 4 grand and be unclean, no maybe try the restaurant downstairs I've never in my life had mice this place is disgusting at this point the mice live here and I am OUT this place is outdated and the hallways have old carpet

I stopped in here on a Saturday, very busy congested area. But convenient, lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc within walking distance. I stopped in for a tour (no appointment) I was rudely greeted by the concierge. She asked me if I had an appointment, I replied "No, do I need one?". She said "Yes" and just looked at me. No offer of assistance or instructions on HOW I can make an appointment, so I left, and crossed this place off of my list. The interaction was unpleasant.

I have lived here for six months now and could not be happier. The initial leasing and move-in process was very smooth. Our building and unit is absolutely gorgeous, and maintained in top condition. The staff are kind, helpful and quick to respond. The residents are all polite and respectful; mostly mid-career professionals. Of course, Bethesda Row is amazing with more shops and restaurants you could ever need. Bonus to be a block away from the Metro Station and the Capital Crescent Trail. At least in my experience UBR/Greystar, has set the bar for property management.

I moved in at the beginning of December, and could not be happier with my experience! Rudi and Eleni were incredibly helpful and cooperative making the experience as seamless as possible. And frankly, the entire staff is awesome! I'd highly recommend living here!

Could not be happier with Upstairs!
Moved my dad in one year go with the help of Eleni, who is wonderful, and just got an apartment for myself and girlfriend with the help of Rudy, the newest member of the team who cold not have been more helpful and cordial through the whole process, start to finish!
Could not possibly had a better experience 🙏👍!!!!

We have been living here for 4 months now and there is not one bad thing I can say about it. From the beginning til now, everything has been great. Our leasing agent, Rudi Urrutia, is great! Even throughout the months, he has been there for us for everything. 5 stars!

I moved from DC to Bethesda Row, and have had a wonderful experience with the building and the leasing office. In particular, I’d like to give a shout-out to Dajuan and Rudi.
Both of these staff members take an interest in the residents and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience.
Unrelated to the building itself, there is a lot of construction in the area, which can be loud (the only negative feedback). This is an issue with downtown Bethesda in general, and not so much the building.

Very convenient, with lots of places nearby, including restaurants, grocery stores, shops. Great fitness center. The space is well distributed
