This place is a joke they told me 2 week turnaround then get mad after I call a month later to find out why my quad was still not looked at , their rude they don’t answer their messages and after all that they tell me they can’t fix it and told me to come pick it up , I get their and they pushed it on the curb out side the next door business it probably sat their for 4 hrs until I picked it up.!!!!! The funny thing I took it over to their competitors and they replaced the wiring harness and had it back in 2 days what a joke I’ll never purchase anything from theses guys again or allow anyone

Would of loved to purchase a bike from them , not enough sales people , just one guy walking around like a lot lizard . Had the money to buy the bike cash asked him if he could get me financed , asked my credit score and how much down , pretty much told me “nah it’s gunna be hard “ and walked away. They have a lot of cool toys maybe once customer service improves I’ll do business with them. Not a very consumer friendly place , no one greets you or really takes the time to assist you.

I bought a dirtbike from this guy a couple weeks ago, it had nothing but problems. He told me I had a 60 day warranty and would fix anything if it broke but was extremely rude to me when I brought it back because things were broken. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anybody. Overall terrible experience.

Went there to purchase a Yamaha raptor 80 for my son I called Tom he told me had it I said I’d be there in 20 min he had it off to the side I purchased it as busy as he was he still took time to deal with me and answer my questions. Just wish the tires weren’t bald for the price I paid but other than that highly recommended

Got my fiancé's old quad running that had been sitting in his dads shed for years with dry rotted tires! I brought it in without him knowing as a surprise. They are busy so it did take a couple of weeks to get back but Brenda let me know what to expect time wise when I was dropping it off. I'm not sure how long repairs normally take but they estimated up to 14 days and had it finished in 13- so pretty much spot on. The owner was also super patient with me and explained everything that needed to be done (and also what I could skip)- he even changed the oil and did not charge me for it

Bought a 50cc moped from here it looks great, they delivered and everything at a great price, the only issue though is my front brake caliper just fell off out of no where 2 days into me riding, you guys offered to come pick it up and fix it, great and freindly service from all of you i spoke with, currently still in the process of waiting for it to get picked up so ill be in touch, thank you so much guys

Completely regret purchasing anything from these people. They are dishonest, Will say anything to make a sale, could care less about customers. Sold me a bike with bottom end WAITING to blow... took it back and they knew already bike was waiting to blow they just told me "they'd take care of me." Waited two weeks for my bike just to get back a bike that still didn't have front brakes fixed, still didn't have its alignment fixed, carb was filthy (all problems that came with the bike prior to buying , which they told me they take care of, and also failed to mention any of

Don't miss out on some super good deal and quality customer care. Tom is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in everything you need to know about getting on something right for you. One time I needed a part for my RZR for a upcoming race and Tom gave me the part off his RZR so i could compete that weekend.

I would strongly suggest against doing business with Cycle Pro or Cycle Pro Salvage.
I bought a motor scooter from Cycle Pro's which had a problem with the Breaks and caused an accident.
Luckily no one was hurt - but the bike was only purchased 2 weeks prior and was covered under manufacturers warranty.
I contacted the Manufacturer and they were helpful and got the issues resolved but I would not recommend doing business with Cycle Pro.

I took my wheels to Cycle Pro at around 11am to get new tires I had purchased put on and balances. They informed me I could pick them up at 2pm. I went back at 2pm to pick up my wheels and notices they have not been touched for 3 hours. They were in the same place they were placed when I took them.
