Love my Bern helmet, but I love their customer service even more! I was disappointed to see that they are no longer selling replacement liners for my helmet online, but when I emailed to ask them if they might have a spare liner lying around somewhere they sent one to me for free! My next helmet will definitely be a Bern (once I wear out my new liner).

Customer service is amazing. My kids have been rocking their Nino/Nina helmets for biking and scooting for nearly three years, but this was the first time we wanted to use them for winter sports. Customer service was so awesome in helping us get set up with compatible winter liners. Really couldn't be happier. I even bought myself a new helmet I was so impressed!

Customer service is truly amazing!! I had an issue with the inside of the lenses scratching easily on two pair of junior goggles I had recently purchased for my daughters, and was pretty skeptical as this was the first product I had ever purchased from Bern. That skepticism faded quickly though when I emailed them and the customer service agent, Amber, not only wrote me back within minutes, but offered to send me two new pairs right away. She was so helpful, professional, and prompt with her replies; within an hour of my first email she provided me with a FedEx tracking number and even said she

Family of 6 and all love our Bern helmets. Ages 1 to 33! We have a ‘no helmet no ride’ policy and the kids happily wear them without complaints.

I have been very pleased with the Bern Berkeley bike helmet which I purchased several years ago. I wanted to find a replacement visor, but was unable to locate one in the stores I visited. I decided to go straight to the source… and sent a note through Bern's website. A response was promptly received from the company's Customer Relations Department, and a visor (in the color I hoped to find) was made available. It is so nice to be pleasantly surprised with such fast and attentive service! Thank you, Bern.

Just recently contacted Bern about an out-of-stock item and man am I impressed with the response time. Not only was I contacted back the same day but the service rep found the item and shipped it out the following morning. When it was all said and done, I had my new helmet liner in 1 week. I've dealt with other companies that have taken 2-3 times that long just to get back to me, and once they did they sent me two of the wrong items... (sorry Rome Bindings but that is ridiculous). Well done Bern, you have set the bar for customer service in my book.

At the last minute before a ski holiday to Canada, I realised I couldn't find the winter liner for my son's helmet. I emailed Bern, and Amber was very helpful. She made sure the new item I bought was with FedEx the same day (also the day that Bern closed down for the holidays), and shipped it at a discounted price.

Customer Service is outstanding and on top of that I LOVE my women's Berkeley helmet for mountain biking! It is extremely comfortable and light. The liner is so adjustable and makes the helmet fit perfectly. I highly recommend it!

Had issues with the Canadian site, contacted the home company and Amber got everything settled immediately. We bought these helmets for our girls to skateboard and snowboard/ski. The helmets are great and stand up to a lot.
