All properties are equipped with bed and bath linens. We also supply the initial supply of toilet paper, bar soap and garbage bags. For longer stays, you'll want to plan to bring additional toiletries. Basic kitchen equipment including dishes, glasses utensils and pots and pans are also included.

Positive: Professionalism
We started the week out a little bumpy. Shower handle problems, slow drain, etc. Maintenance wasn’t able to repair, so we were moved to another much nicer unit. Each time we’ve dealt with the office staff they have been professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you for making our stay much more enjoyable!

Pelican Walk onsite management services, Anchor Management is the BEST!! All reported issues are addressed timely and with a professional approach.
Unit 408 has 2 Master Suites, 1 is gulf front and this unit has awesome gulf views. Lots of space to spread out in this unit with Living Room and Den areas. Living Room and Den both have pull out sleeper sofas. Very comfortable and well stocked unit. This unit will not disappoint.

Nice location, umbrella/beach lounger rentals were $40 per day if not included with condo rental. #403 nice 1 bed 2 bath farmhouse style reno. If I could change anything it would be to have a balcony off of, or big window in the bedroom facing the beach. But the way it's laid out, that's not possible. The living room area is open to kitchen and has a balcony with nice view of the beach. Overall a great stay. Pics show view from balcony.

My wife and I have been coming to the PCB/Destin area since the early 1990's - this was our first time actually staying in PCB for any length of time. We were fortunate enough to stay in Unit 108 - this condo was one of the nicest we've stayed in during our 30 years of coming to the panhandle. This unit was steps away from the swimming pool and the beach - the private patio gave us beautiful views day and night - any issues we had with the unit, which were few, were addressed immediately by the staff at Pelican Walk - just a great experience all around - we'll be back!

Nice place, very accommodating! The rooms were clean and equipped. Was surprised our room had everything we needed for the beach! There were a couple of puzzles to keep the kids busy in the room and also a game room close with racquet ball, ping pong table, pool table. Will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We really liked Pelican Walk and will probably return. The views were astounding, the condo itself was spacious and had new appliances. There were enough cooking supplies for us to host dinner a few nights. Tough to beat the view straight out to the ocean! We were also big fans of the racquetball court and took great advantage of that.
The reason for 4 stars is that we had issues with the air conditioner turning off in the middle of the night and we also had issues with the guest bathroom toilet. We did have maintenance arrive to help with these situations though. Also our main bathroom shower

This complex is fantastic. The staff is great! The grounds people are fantastic - the place stayed so clean and tidy. The facility is right there on the beach - just walk out the back. Gorgeous beach and water. The condo was just what we needed. Spacious for 2 people and clean. Balcony looked right out at the ocean - an amazing vacation at this place!

This was our first time staying at Pelican Walk, though we have been coming to PCB for over 30 years. The location of the condo was wonderful and all of the staff we met were very friendly. The 2nd floor was great so we could avoid the elevators. The pool area was very clean and well-maintained. The negatives were: The dog area was extremely small (literally the grass was much smaller than a 6'x6' square, mostly mud, and was flooded any time it rained. We paid $300 for our dogs to stay there and I feel that a better area should be provided. The condo itself was clean enough but pretty dated and

First I want to thank Elena at Anchor Management. She was very quick to respond to my emails, answered all my questions, emailed receipts for our payments, and was very nice and helpful.
AWESOME room! Very clean!! We rented 1006/1007 the penthouse. Such a beautiful room.
Big kitchen. Huge living room! There's a dining table with seating and another table next to the living room with 4 seats.
Great view of gulf. Saw a lightning storm over the ocean one night. My favorite part was just sitting on the balcony looking at the water. It was so peaceful.
