They do excellent work but they don’t follow PG county mask mandate I have had to speak about them not putting the mask on while inside the business this virus is rapidly spreading again and some of them don’t understand that the mask should be on when you walk in the

I made an appointment and had to wait 30 mins after I arrived to get service. They do move fast after they actually start your service but then they charge a 3% fee for using you credit card...smh... If you have another nail salon I suggest go there my nails weren't terrible but they weren't anything to brag about either especially since they charge a 3% credit card fee.

I was a regular there for years had seen several of the techs. Then I started seeing Terry. He did a great job for a while but then he started to get sloppy and cut me a few times with the file because he was rushing. He didn’t need to since I was his last appt at times. He was always on his phone either talking or checking it. He would get up to go eat or smoke during my appointment this was so frustrating I followed him to 4 or 5 other salons. He is now back at Bebe. He was at one of their other salons and told me he would be there at not the Bebe location. I showed up at the other place and

Almost 2 hour wait. After waiting at the bowl, finally someone comes but then the nail tech said she couldn't do the gel removal?? Pedicure was not done well. Attention to detail was not present like I've had before. Gel polish in the nail creases and cuticles not thoroughly clipped. Worse service I've ever received from there!

I would not recommend going here! They are overpriced and charge for everything. I asked to get a marble design and the guy said he could do it. I showed him a picture and it looked nothing close to it. I got frustrated and just told him to leave my nail white but he also left pink nail polish around my finger and on the sides. They also don’t tell you they charge for shape & gel polish but talk you into getting gel. Gel polish is $25 extra so my full set w/ gel color was $55. One of the nail techs also cut my sister with the filer and she was bleeding but didn’t notice until we left. I went

Worst place ever. My service was rushed. The guy did my pedicure within 8 minutes and gave the worst massage ever. I didn't feel relaxed at all while getting my feet done. He then went on to do my nails and was so in a rush that he cut into my skin with a filer because he was filing my nails so hard. This place is wayyyy overpriced. That was my first and last time going there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I knew the guys name so you all can be aware about him!
