I've been to this salon for a pedicure and had an amazing time so I decided to get acrylics done too. They offer a color dip powder option and a clear dip with gel color for $55 which is an amazing price. I chose the clear dip with gel color and it hasn't been a week yet and the nails are seriously chipping off. I would not recommend getting acrylics done at this location.

I called to come in for an eyebrow wax and they said they could take me in 15 minutes, I got there 5 minutes later and they said they could no longer take me because they got a walk in to get their nails done. I just moved to the area and was looking for a salon to go to for all services but wow this was just such awful customer service- it's not the way to treat people and I'll never go back - you shouldn't either!

I have been coming here one and off for years with my mother and hardly write reviews, but our last experience commanded this review. We came (with a reservation) and my mother was sat 30 minutes past our reservation, which we completely understood due to places being understaffed. The individual who did my nails was trying to do my nails so quickly so they could attend to other customers that my gel manicure chipped in multiple places in less than 24 hours. Horrible manicure. I believe i had the manager or owner, because she spent more looking around at the other employees and clients than she spent look at my nails. This was back in July I haven't been back since. I have had good results there in the past, but the manager/owner is a horrible nail technician.

This is my second time getting a dip manicure with tips with Amy and honestly there is no one better. The amount of focus and attention to detail she gives you leaves you with the best nails for weeks. Not a week or 2.. 3 plus weeks!! She's amazing kind attentive and best manicurist I've ever had. Just look at the nails she did this week I will never go anywhere else!

Horrible experience. First of all, the sole reason I came to this place was because I had a gift card and was excited to use it. The person who had given me this gift card (SpaWellness gift card) had called before I even drove 40 MINUTES and asked if all I needed was a code and they said yes! I get there, get my nails done- the guy cuts my cuticles 5 times and end of the day my nails look horrible. This place is the real deal! As someone who is from the Bronx, I've been to my fair share of talented nail salons but what sets this place apart is their hospitality and service they provide you. When you enter you are warmly greeted by the staff and receptionist (who is a lady of color by the way which is a rare sight). The first time I went I got a pedicure by someone I didn’t like because they didn’t even take my last nail polish off! The second time I got my nails done with Chelsey and I LOVED HER! They serve drinks and food and their coffee is delicious! The young girl at the front desk is such and angel and nice! Love everything in total!

Today I had the worst experience of my life, I don't even know how to start... Sunday I had my pedicure done, was so painful! I thought the pain will be gone soon but I had to attend to an family reunion, get back home by 5pm and the pain was worst than I couldn't walk, so I called to the spa 703-888-3677 I had no answer then I called to 703-888-3678 (Vivian the manager answered) she told me "you come tomorrow morning 9am and we will fixed" but my left big toe was getting swollen and I noticed that I had a little piece of nail in the very edge so with a tweezers I removed

My daughter and I had a 12:00 mani/pedi appointment today. We were promptly greeted upon entry and were asked to wash our hands before selecting polish colors. Everything was very clean and well organized. It's beautifully decorated and the prices are very reasonable. The nail techs were friendly, thorough, and careful. Excellent customer service here from all the staff. I highly recommend this nail salon!

I have been to this location a number of times, they always do a great job, and will correct/address any concerns. The manager is very caring and takes pride in the business. Would definitely recommend.
Also, did a good Job adhering to COVID guidelines. Hands to be washed upon entrance, 6 ft apart, and clean in between clients.

First of all, you didn't understand my review. This was prior to COVID. I'm not referring to after COVID. You also shouldn't THREATEN CUSTOMERS on Yelp. This is poor business, against the law, and unprofessionalism due to your lack of comprehension. There was no space or privacy between the stations PRIOR to COVID. If you don't have individuals/technicians who know how to do everything, then go somewhere else. Also, don't lie on the phone to customers about not needing an appointment but making them wait. Your response was irresponsible and now I know who I'm dealing

I wish I could give zero. They turned me off so hard I stopped going to nail shops all together. HELLOOOO YOUTUBE! My nails were sooooo thick and oddly shaped. I've gotten dip plenty of times at other shops and it has never looked anywhere close to this. They filed my beautiful nails down then made them look like freaking bubble gum chews. Then had the never to rush me out when I said I wasn't satisfied at the end.
Then they tried a quick fix with some gel polish over the dip and brought out a lamp to cure. I get dip BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE THOSE LAMPS! You cant just paint over this.

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this place, I've been coming here for almost two years now and I wouldn't change it for any other salon! The staff is amazing and you will definitely notice it since you come in, they are warm and welcoming. This salon offers a selection of soft drinks and snacks that you can have while relaxing in a chair, either getting a massage, with Lani, an awesome pedi with Henry or and absolutely beautiful manicure with Carol. Wouldn't recommend you to go anywhere else but here!

I went here for the first time today and loved it! Hannah was so sweet and did a great job for a gel French pedi and mani. It was extremely busy, but the staff managed it very well. They also offered drinks and snacks, which is always appreciated. My new 'go to'.
Update, 3 months later. Still love it here and have been here many times and only here since the first time. Today Lanny did a great job and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
