I'm not a person who leaves reviews, but definitely this store deserves it. Ted is the best! He is very accommodating and helpful even though we came almost the time that he's about to close his shop. He was able to fix our bikes. He even teaches us how to take care and maintain our bikes. You would really feel that he really likes to help. When we rode our bikes home, my twins said "This feels awesome, it's now even better and smoother to drive". Thank you Ted, we will definitely come back.

I wasn't able to get my bike tune up at a shop near me. I Yelp and found Bicycle Works. I called and the owner Ted answered. I told him my situation and he said bring it in and they will do it the same day. I dropped the bike off and went shopping. About an hour I got a call from the maintenance John. The experience was great. I recommend this small business.

I seriously haven't received such genuine respectful customer service as I did with Ted. He had a quick look at the bike, offered us a couple choices and it was done! No leaving my bike overnight and was able to go home with time and my bike and go for a ride! I appreciate such customer service. Also great prices! I highly recommend! Thank you Ted! =)

Awesome corner location. Great service and musical environment 😎 🤙🏽 I had a flat and Brewer helped out. Prices are fair and they have a great variety of product. Did I mention the bike collection you have to see for yourself. I was offered water and some time to chill before I ride off. Definitely would recommend this place to any out of town we like myself. #lifesaver
