Awesome experience 👏. I purchased a new ebike on line. On my first ride I knew the derailer was out of adjustment. I called and they invited me in to adjust it. Mike the tech not only adjusted it while I waited but installed a new saddle I chose while I was there. 10 points extra for great customer service!

Sprocket cycle was so incredibly rude to my husband, who was a long time customer, that he was literally speechless when he left the store. The manager told him "his bike issues weren't his problem and to come back in a few weeks when things settle down". We will NEVER return and have subsequently found a wonderful shop in Hermosa

I decided my wife and I needed some beach cruisers after living in the area for 3 years. I didn't really know much about beach cruisers, but I did a little research prior to heading over to Sprocket Cycles. When I arrived the staff was very nice and helped me choose a beach cruiser. Explained to me the differences between the bikes I was interested in and let me ride them around to see which one felt the best. They were very patient and friendly through the entire process.

Bought my first bike here because they had quite a bit of selection! I'm 5"3 so the options for me are more limited but they had a Trek FX1 in my size which is perfect for me. They had it already tuned and registered the bike for Treks lifetime warranty, AND there's a free tune up in 3 months once I wear in the bike! They were super kind and attentive here. I have a bike shop closer to home, but I think this is the one I want to go to.

This is now my go-to place for all things bicycle. We were shopping for a new bike and after an unsuccessful visit to the shop in Hermosa, we made our way down PCH and stopped in here. Bella greeted us immediately and was very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations. She let us take the bikes for a test ride around the block a few times. The color we wanted was at a different facility, but they had it brought to the store the next day. When we went back to pick it up, we were looking for a helmet and Paul was great help in picking one out as well. Overall great experience, great service

Great experience. The staff was very helpful and super nice and we were able to purchase a great bike for my son who's turning 8. There were bikes there that he was able to tryout to help us make are finally decision. The bikes here are great quality. The store is very nice and clean and easy parking in the back.

These guys and gals are top notch! I just wish they were closer to mid LA where I live. I was searching for a youth Trek precaliber in 24 inch wheels. For a Christmas 2020 gift for my son. Radioactive Red is a GREAT color and he absolutely loves it!

I really hate posting this update since I'm not directly blaming Sprocket Cycles.
I bought my Electra eBike in April. I took it to Sprocket for a complimentary tune-up in September. They didn't provide a "loaner" as promised when I made the purchase so i called Uber to pick me up. When I returned to pick up the bike it had a braking problem (which didn't exist when I dropped it off). I brought the bijey back on and they couldn't repair the problem so they ordered a part.
It's now been 3 months and no part arrived and my bike is collecting dust in my garage

My husband and I went in after researching several types of bikes. Marc greeted us right away and was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of bikes that we were looking for. Once we selected two bikes, he helped us with a bike carrier for our vehicle and explained our options and why some types wouldn’t work for our bikes. We recently purchased two Trek e-bikes and are thoroughly satisfied with them. The customer service at Sprocket Cycles is amazing! We came to the shop with some questions and Marc M was helpful and knowledgeable. The icing on the cake was the test ride, and we love the e-bike experience.
