They never my stuff done right so I had to go there 3-4 times almost always. They ripped my suit pocket and they said that it's not their fault.
They didn't remove oil stain on my pants but that's not their fault either so they refused to return my money back so I had to give up my money and I removed the stain at home easily.
They almost never remove stains with one visit so I had to go back there more than 3 times almost always.
I will find other Dry Cleaning place.

Nice and friendly service. Only giving them a 4 star because they lost my order for a short amount of time but later found my shirts. I was told multiple times that my shirts weren't there until I brought in my receipt and begged the cashier to compare the receipt numbers. I had to beg because she kept saying I was wrong and didn't want to compare receipts. Other than that, I've had great experiences.

Last time using this cleaner. Although the staff are always nice, the clothes come back worse and worse every time. 400 dollar banana suit jacket ruined, all shirts come back creased and wrinkled like they didn't even clean them, someone else's hair all over everything, it never ends with this place. Go here at your own risk. They will ruin your clothes and try to blame anything and everything except themselves and their terrible staff in the back who have no clue what they're doing.
