After going to this place multiple times, the manager said "are you sure you have been here before as I have never seen you". I explained to him multiple times but he could not believe it. Not sure if that was racially motivated. Whatever. He finally looked up my record and found that I had been there multiple times. Very weird exchange.

I came in a couple days before an event needing alterations on a dress with ruffle sleeves. The lady was very nice and was willing to do everything she could to get it done on time even though it wasn’t a super easy alteration because of the ruffles. They got them done several hours early and you couldn’t even tell some of the material was cut off and then resewn it looked that good! I’m so happy I came here and will do all my alterations here in the future! I looked great at the event too. I posted pictures on my yelp review of my alterations but couldn’t figure out how to do it on the

I have been using Cousin's Cleaners for about 8 years now, and before that I had very mixed results using 5 or 6 other dry cleaners around town. I have a large amount of dry cleaning every week out of the year, and normally drop off 4-5 suits and 25 shirts over the course of each month - I have never had an issue with Cousin's. Aside from having an impeccable service record, everyone who works there is personable, friendly, respectable, upbeat, and seem to really care about doing the best job possible every day.
