10/10. Every member answered questions I had very clearly before I even asked them, and the ones they didn't touch on Dr. Chudy asked multiple times if I had any more, giving me a chance to voice. I appreciate so much the willingness to get to know your patients (Lou my dog & myself) and actually learn about their lives vs. treating us like a number and getting us through as quickly as possible. Also love I can go in with Lou and actually talk to the vet, unlike the other clinic we came from and I couldn't even go inside. Thank you very much!!

The staff and doctors are great! We used them for our dog and still use them for our cat. When either animal had an emergency they were able to get them in very fast, usually within a couple hours. The doctors went above and beyond expectations helping us when our cat had behavioral issues and when our dog got sick. Very compassionate when helping us diagnose and eventually making the hard decision to put our dog down.
I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone who recently adopted a pet or moving to the area.

I was wrong about our scheduled appointment but when I called was still able to get in the same day, 2 weeks sooner then my original scheduled appointment. Everyone was friendly, accommodating to scheduling and reduced anxiety for my dog while in the clinic. I will likely be switching other pets to them and recommending them to others I know with pets!

I am so impressed with the entire staff at this vet hospital. Everyone is very responsive and caring, including the veterinarian, who left me a detailed voicemail message yesterday after reviewing our dog’s labs. All was normal, but the doctor wanted to reassure me that everything was reviewed and no health issues at this time. Very impressive and appreciated!

Dr. Good is an excellent vet, she is professional in her attention to detail in the care of my dog, especially diagnosing and treatment when there has been problems or issues, and answering all my questions and concerns. From checking in to checking out, the process was very smooth. The staff made sure all my concerns were addressed and they made sure I understood everything that was discussed. The entire staff were very professional and friendly. Our dog was comfortable and at ease with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great vet.
