Oceanfront on the Balboa Peninsula, in lower West Newport Beach on the oceanfront between 31st and 32nd streets, the house is in easy walking distance to the Newport Pier and most of Newport Beach's restaurants and shops.We can accommodate up to 16 people between the upper and lower units, or they may be rented separately to accommodate 10 people in the upper unit and 6 people in the lower unit.

On the Balboa Peninsula, lower West Newport begins at the Newport Pier and ends with the boardwalk at 36th Street. Traveling the boardwalk by bike, in line skate, or by foot offers the best opportunity to see the many miles of beach that Newport has to offer. Most of the shops and restaurants on the peninsula are located in Lower West Newport, and are easy walking distance from the house.
We have spared no expense in creating your home away from home in our upper unit. Not only does this unit have extraordinary views of the ocean from the living room, but we have fully upgraded the unit with granite kitchen counters, travertine floors, a marble fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout.

NP Beachhouse is one of the premier properties located in Newport Beach! My family and I have now vacationed in the Upper and Lower units on two different occasions- once during Thanksgiving and once for two weeks during the summer. Each experience was unique and provided a ton of family memories.

I am sitting at the table looking out over the sand and watching the waves and the people and the sun. I couldn't ask for a better view! This place is awesome and clean and has everything we need. We have rented through Burr White in the past and the homes were filthy, with ratty linens and insufficient/worthless/dirty kitchen supplies. And Burr White didn't care when we let them know the homes were not clean. Here everything is immaculate, the linens are like home and the dishes, pots, pans, appliances and gadgets are clean and good quality. We are dealing directly with the owner - not

An outstanding experience in all respects. We've always enjoyed vacationing at Newport. We've rented on the island and on the peninsula several times. This is the nicest place and the best time we've ever had.
First of all, the owner handles everything directly, no agency nonsense. She is easy to get ahold of and very responsive. She's really helpful with advice and suggestions on how to make our stay more enjoyable.

Renting a beach house can be tricky, but not when you rent from this owner. I have vacationed here with my family several times. All rooms were SUPER clean and well appointed. This spot couldn't be better - just open your front door and step out to the beach! Great for kids of all ages too...in a location where it's easy to ride bikes or walk to dinner, market, etc. Wi-Fi was there. Washer and dryer in the garage. It's like a home away from home. Watch sunsets from your balcony or living room, and let the ocean's soft waves lull you to sleep every night during your stay

Rented a beach front property for the week with a handful of my friends. BEST WEEK EVER! The place was immaculate and had everything we could ever ask for. The rooms were well kept and they were very clean. What a beautiful location directly on the beach! I will use this company again. Thanks again!
