The staff here is amazing! The maintenance supervisor, Darius, always makes sure to get the maintenance requests done as quickly as possible and does a great job at communicating with the residents when needed!

Love everyone and everything about this place. Clean safe always willing to help with anything that you need. It’s a must if your looking for awesome apts

Very nice luxurious apartment! Breanna gave me a wonderful tour and made me feel very welcomed and I met some of the other staff in the office and everyone seemed very professional and friendly. This is the place for anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and affordable apartment!

Went in to get information on leasing options and was greeted with smiling faces that was eager to help and answer the many questions that I had. The information was abundant and very straight forward. The tour, led by Ms. Amelia Thiesing, was very expansive and she showcased the beautiful model rooms. I fell in love and will be signing the lease to move in. 10/10 would recommend visiting if you are looking for a place to stay.

The staff in the apartments are so sweet and helpful. These are really good apartments for anyone attending Austin Peay. They are affordable,Clean, and updated. I would highly recommend.

The curb appeal of this property is amazing. Just visiting this property made me want to recommend my children to move here. The upkeep of the apartments was a plus for me. I'm a former property manager and I must say your maintenence team is something special. Great job to you all for such a fine establishment.

My experience with Main 608 has been amazing! Moved in last August and had no problems. The staff there is awesome and always helpful and if you have a problem they are willing to help you in every way! It is a great place to live if you are an APSU students since the university is a walking distance! 100% would recommend!

Star Lynn gave me a wonderful tour of the apartments , everyone seems so nice and she was able to provide me with so much information as well as showing me some of the great things about this place! My absolute favorite area is the wreck room and gym. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious and doesn’t feel like a cramped area and all the rooms are perfect sizes.

The staff here is amazing! I’ve been looking for my next home for months now and I wasn’t sure if 608 was the right place for me, but Breanna really rid me of my doubts. She showed me how welcoming and inviting and how this could lace could really be a home. I can’t wait to move in!

A great apartment complex. The staff is super sweet and always greet you with a smile! They are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems we have! The grounds and facilities are kept extremely clean. This place is super nice and very modern! The area is safe and located right next to APSU... couldn't ask for a better apartment.

I really love living at Main 608. The property manager is really understanding and knows her stuff. If you have an issue, Chyanne will make sure that it is solved. As far as touring and leasing goes: You must ask for Baylee. Baylee was super sweet and personable on my tour. You could tell that she has a passion for main 608 and wanted to not only make a sale, but make sure that I was in the the right room for me. I love the staff at main 608 and the convenience of living right across the street from APSU and in between Downtown Clarksville and Wilma Rudolph. Main 608 is the best apartment I have
