I'm offering this review as I ready to move out. Based on others' reviews, I would expect an automated response from the property management co. saying they couldn't find me in their system. Typical.
I can't speak about all buildings in the apt. complex, just the ones in my vicinity. The place gets junkier and junkier. A couple of tenants in the next building sell drugs. Users are constantly pulling up to the building and then driving off. A couple of people have passed out in their vehicles, causing people to call 911. We've had a couple of vehicle break-ins. I SIGNED A LEASE ON APRIL 30TH UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I WOULD BE MOVING IN MAY 1ST BUT WHEN I GOT THE LEASE IT STATED THE APARTMENT WOULDN'T BE READY UNTIL JUNE 7TH. I HAD TO BE OUT OF MY CURRENT APARTMENT DUE TO IT BEING SOLD AND NEW OWNERS PLANNED ON OCCUPYING IT MAY 1ST. SO I HAD TO STAY WITH A FRIEND UNTIL I WOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE IN ON JUNE 7TH. 2 WEEKS LATER I FOUND OUT THAT I MAY BE LAID OFF FROM MY JOB AND DIDN'T WANT TO GET INTO AN APARTMENT THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD DUE TO HOW EXSPENSIVE THEY ARE. ON MAY 14TH I CALLED TO NOTIFY THEM THAT I NEEDED TO BACK OUT OF THE LEASE DUE TO

NIGHTMARE TO MOVE OUT
I stayed there for 6 months. Being single and very busy I kept the place pristine. I got the apartment professionally cleaned when I moved out. I was charged a whopping $900 paint carpets change and some other random charges. I was in shock and couldn’t believe as my 60 years of life I’ve rented about 7 apartments and never ever had to give up the deposit plus this amount .
Anyway- I’m still disputing with them and note that no one likes to pick up the call or respond to anything.
They just hog money and treat residents like TRASH.

Worst apartment with a very unprofessional management. Monique who is the manager has always been rude. I’m a single mom and lived here for 1 year. If anything goes wrong with my apartment, she would blame us and tell us how to use for example toilet? Very insensitive lady!
Carmen was sweet but had no say whatsoever. I’m glad my lease got over and I could leave. Because god forbid you need to break a lease.. they DONT PRORATE. Take the entire month and 2 months extra! And also- forget your deposit. That they always keep and some more . That’s how they maintain their apartment. Old and not

I lived at BMR for almost four years. I leased two different 3 bed/2 bath units in that time, one on the second floor and one on the first floor. I loved my time at BMR. Management changed over shortly after I moved in. Monique in the office is awesome. Very sweet and kind to my son who has autism. It meant a lot and helped to make me feel comfortable there. The only main downside to this complex is the noise through the walls and ceiling. The floors are mainly hardwood and they tend to reflect every little sound. You can also hear your upstairs neighbors music, but that is really the only downside

Great experience moving in! Monique helped me and everything went great and was painless. From when I first walked in to the office to get leasing information to getting the keys! The neighborhood is nice as well and they are in a quiet location yet close to shopping and anything else you could need. Thank you!

We chose to live here because of the location and the amazing grade school next door. But we got so much more. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lawns and parking lots are well taken care of. There is acreage so my kids feel like they have a big yard to play in. Our neighbors are great, we have made many friends since we moved in. The apartments are roomy and well taken care of. We live in a 2 bed 1 bath. Living on the first floor we have 2 patios. The main patio has room for our table and 6 chairs. Great for having company over when it’s nice out. We have had a few maintenance issues. I
