My boyfriend and I have stayed here just under a year now. Compared to other options, this place is more like a home than an apartment, especially for the price. I always reference our place as our home and never our apartment.
Pros:
- Easy to clean and maintain
- I can plant flowers in our own garden around our porch
- Complex does some very thoughtful community involvement things that neither I or my boyfriend have experienced at other places (Mother's Day Flowers, Free Kona Ice Cup, Community garden, etc.)
- Our issues have gotten fixed (leaking bathtub faucet) We haven't had many issues

I would not willingly move into this place unless you had absolutely no choice. I know someone whose front door has been busted for multiple years and they've done nothing to fix it. I know a few people that have had other issues with problems with busted washer dryer, dishwashers other issues and they've done nothing to fix them for many years.

We were shown a unit that had a bathtub. After arranging a move in date, securing movers, and finalizing the closing date upon selling our house, we were then shown our actual unit that did not have a bathtub. We were never told this would be the case. We have a 2 year old son. We need a bathtub. Because we had already made all of the aforementioned arrangements, we couldn’t very well back out with only days to go.
For several days after we moved in, all of us had dirty, brown feet from walking on the floors that had supposedly been professionally cleaned. We found at least six rusty nails in

This is an okay place to live, the maintenance guys are really hard working and do a good job keeping the property clean. And the management team has always been professional every time I've talked with them.
however I do not think the apartments are worth what is charged. The average 2 bedroom is right around a grand plus you pay all utilities. This community is very outdated. And The pool is small. The gym is extremely small and barely functional. You're micromanaged by not being allowed to keep anything on your patio besides a small table and chairs and a gas BBQ. bicycles or kids outside toys
