Friendly, helpful office and maintenance staff, large units with forced air and heating. Exercise room, pool and jacuzzi. Interior walls are setup for mounting tv's with plugins (cable and power) up high for easy access and no cabling mess. Parking can be a pain if you have more than 1 vehicle and unable to get a paid parking space in front or near your unit.

Rooms are spacious, and the location is very nice. However there is a lack of security at the complex, and neighbors can be loud. Parking is also very tricky at the complex, and it’s not the easiest to find a spot unless you’re willing to walk quite a ways. On top of that, they charged me a $165 cleaning fee, which is a non-negotiable flat rate fee for any amount of cleaning, even tiny blemishes. I spent an entire day cleaning my apartment and they charged me $165 for “residue on the toilet” even though I had it spotless and cleaned the entire thing from top to bottom. They also charged

I have lived here for 3 months and everything is fine with the exception of the people that live above us, they are the most grateful inconsiderate people I've ever seen. I have to call the office every morning to complain about them stomping and practicing g karate , the Mgr.will not do anything about this problem. The moratorium is for non payment of rent, not for disturbing your neighbors

Nice rooms and all but I hate the lack of security cameras and parking. My cars have been broken into multiple times and thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen out of them. And parking good luck finding a spot if you work later than 4 o’clock you would have an easier time finding a needle in a haystack

Parking is an issue and I have an electric car so I have to park in front of my patio to plug in. I could go to the EV charger nearby but that would cost $21 an hour everyday. That not the worst. I took over the lease for a friend for the apartment I’m in, she told me that she’s made multiple complaints about the neighbors above us and yet nothing has happened. As I’m writing this, they are listening to music at the loudest volume and pounding around with what I can assume is dancing because they are hooping and hollering up a storm. I lived in apartments my entire life I’ve never heard

We lived at Regency while waiting for our home to be built and we enjoyed every minute of it!!! We loved the location and the staff was AMAZING. Very professional, always super friendly and very attentive to our needs. Chelsea and Kaeli were both always a pleasure to work with and the maintenance staff was always very friendly and professional. We only had a minor issue when we first moved in and they were on top of it and got it fixed right away. The apartments were very clean, spacious and up to date. Love that they accept pets!!
