I've had an excellent experience here. The apartments are extremely nice and well-designed, the few issues (the microwave had some minor issues, along with a few small things) I had were quickly resolved by maintenance staff. I never had an issue with pests, neighbors, noise (I often worried about being the loud neighbor!). Parking can be a bit hard to find but I always found a space. One of my best apartment living experiences.
I wish I could have continued to live here longer and would happily return. I moved only due to rent increase.

Mosaic on the River was the perfect place to stay for my 13 week travel nurse assignment. The apartment complex was located in a safe and mostly quiet neighborhood. The one bedroom apartment was way more spacious than I expected and was super clean with nice newer amenities. Alex the manager made my move in and out extremely smooth. I came to Washington from Ohio without seeing the apartment and not having furniture and Alex set everything up for me before I even got there. He contacted furniture rental places in the area and everything was set the day before I moved in. If I ever end up in the

Whoever is considering renting at Mosaic on the River do NOT fall for their stories!!! They will rip you off. They don't live up to what they promise, maintenance people do not show up to fix things, they 'loose' packages, office staff is NEVER available and do not return messages and the parking availability SUCKS! Both of my kids have been taken advantage of by the Mosaic.

I have been living here for almost 7 months, and I have had a pretty much all positive experience. The Staff in the office and on maintenance have been wonderful, any issue or need I have had has been rectified more than fast enough for me to be satisfied. I have never had a bad interaction with any of them. There are 2 things that keep this from being 5 stars, 1 is not completely in their control and it is all of the common areas being closed due to COVID. Kinda stinks paying the same amount and not being able to use anything...again I do realize that it is not completely in their control and

Update: after moving and living here for a few months we have grown to like the apartment complex. Krista in the office is nice and listens to suggestions we have about the complex. Cody, the new maintenance guy is extremely professional. They did get back to our maintenance call within 24 hours. The complex does host happy hour which is nice and is pet-friendly. The effort of making this area more of a community are recognized- something I appreciate.
Reasons why I gave a 4 star review instead of a 5:
1. Parking- there is not enough parking to satisfy both tenants and possible guests.
2. Dog

This property is managed by Prodigy and is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived in. Infact I have never been treated worse by anyone period. I came here to work for a year or two, so I never really had any demands or never been late on any rent payment, pretty low key and I have always had good rental history never ever had to pay anything when moving out of any apartment I have lived in. I had an issue with my dog walker (A company not a person) where she left my dog locked up in the bathroom with no food or water for 10 days while I was on vacation. ( I moved my connecting flight 6 hours
