All nail files and buffers are disposed after each use, and tools are sterilized for each client with our autoclave.
Each pedicure tub is lined with disposable liners and changed after each pedicure. Our modern 1400 square feet nail salon features 6 massage pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. Spa manicure with exfoliating scrub, hot stones, and keratin gloves to hydrate, strengthen, and protect the hands. Spa manicure with exfoliating scrub, hot stones, herbal rich tea, and paraffin alternative with essential oils to energize and revitalize the hands.

I love the staff at polished nails. They are warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. When the pandemic first hit they took safety precautions right away and implemented them,consistently. They also have the best face mask around! They have perfected the construction. They don’t fall off your nose and they have so many patterns to choose from. Horrible experience do not waste your time or money. The owner thinks it is OK to charge full price for a pedicure where water is stagnant, they do not cut your cuticles, they do not clean your toenails, they do not put lotion on your legs or your feet, or massage your legs and want to charge you $30. Got a gel manicure and she did not cut my cuticles or clean my nails, and no lotion. I also had an acrylic nail, because the nail had broken, and instead of filling the nail she put super glue on it and thought that that was OK. Then charged me $30 + $5 to take off gel. This was my first time here

My Father was going to have Cataract surgery at the Laser Center and the were not allowing any one in to wait, so they told me 2 hours, which was more like 3. So I have not had a pedicure since 8/2019 and my feet were looking pretty rough. So I called a few places and no one was answering the phone. I called Polished and they had an appointment in 30 minutes and would take me. I entered the place with a mask on and met Kristen, I think. I am horrible with names. Phenomenal job helping surprise a few friends of mine! I ordered a gift card and when I went in the place was SO CLEAN! Great lighting and open space. They were very accommodating with my back & forth on scheduling the appointment too. My friends said they did an amazing job on their pedicures so I will have to go check the place out for myself soon! :)

Pedicures were fine. Katie and staff got us right in without appointment. Clean facility. Friendly staff. However, not sure why a request for a French tip, dipped powder manicure went awry. My daughter kept waiting for it to be pink/white...nope her fingernails were totally white. They tried to rectify by painting them cotton pink.
Bill was $205 for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. Over priced across the board.

Great experience. Tia is amazing!! I will ask for her every time for myself and for my daughter. She painted my daughter's nails recently. She took her time and did a perfect job. She even let my daughter pick a design and when my daughter requested something that was not in her portfolio she said that it's not a problem and she expertly drew a rubber duck on tiny nails and even included details. Check out the pic. I am so impressed that she could do this with nail polish and on the spot. A true artist.

I've been to Polished many times now, but I'm sad to say that this is the end for me.
It's really too bad, because all of the techs who work there have been unbelievably meticulous, friendly, and professional. It's the owner who needs to go. Like other reviewers, I've been on the receiving end of her condescendingly telling me I booked the wrong services or wrong appointment times, but today took the cake.

The worst manicure I have ever experienced. The nail technician was curt and short with me. She seemed annoyed that I did not make an appointment even though they advertise "Walk In's" appreciated.
The technician told me my nails had ridges and were very dry. I asked for a certain shape, square with round edges and she grunted at me and said "ok". I moved to North Reading recently. I tried several salons to find a favorite and found it here at Polished. I love the cleanliness of the salon and the additional services added in with a manicure such as shoulder massage and paraffin wax treatment. The nail technicians I have had have all been friendly and sweet. The owner can occasionally come off as a bit gruff yet the service is so good here it doesn't take away from the overall experience.

I drive by twice everyday and have always wondered what Polished was like. I heard great things about this place and called one morning for a spa pedicure. I was lucky to get a woman named Grace. She was just lovely. A true professional. I loved every second of my pedicure. Mask, massage and treatments. I went back with my husband and we treated ourselves to pedicures and manicures. They were awesome. I think this place is great place to hang out and get spoiled. They do beautiful work. My pedicure and manicure were fabulous

I always wondered why this nice looking salon had no customers. Now I know. Do not go here unless you are ok paying for abuse.
I came in to make an appointment and walked out 2 mins later never to come back. I was appalled by how rudely I was treated here today. I came in to make an appointment for later that afternoon and to ensure they had my gel color.
The woman said to pick a color so I looked at the gel colors. She said she had time to do it right away. I said I wanted to make an appt for later bc I had to be somewhere else. She then said again she can do it right away. I politely said

It took me while to actually get here because whenever I would drive by, it always looked so crowded and I'm a walkin type of gal. I finally broke down and made a gel mani appointment and I'm so glad that I did. It was a tad more pricey than some places I've been in the area, but definitely worth it. The paraffin dip and massage made my day. The service I received was excellent and I have no complains! I love that it is so clean and organized. I can't wait to go back for my next service.

Anne and her team are amazing and pay such close attention to detail. I have very short nails and they always do a standout gel manicure.
I have gone in for a pedicure maybe a week after a manicure and I asked to get a couple of my nails fixed that I chipped myself. Anne fixed those nails, and the REST of my manicure for next to nothing. I will continue to keep coming back for more manis and pedis as long as Anne and her amazing team is there!!
