Slip on our self-activating, keratin rich gloves and socks loaded with fortifying emulsion to strengthen nails, moisturize hand+feet and soften cuticles. It is all-in-one hand and foot treatment to incorporate Keratin, a key protein found in skin, hair and nails. Keratin repairs existing skin damage, increasing skin elasticity and hydration.
Optimize your time and maximize the convenience of booking your appointments from your device. In an effort to maximize the availability of our services to our clients, Gloss is asking that all clients book an appointment in advance of their visit. At this time, walk-ins cannot be accepted. Gloss will be taking credit card information at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.

My absolute favorite beauty salon. All the services are performed by professional and caring staff. I mostly have gone for nails, once every three weeks post-Covid, and I felt part of the family. It might look intimidating from the exterior (it could easily fit in on Newbury Street in Boston) but it's filled with attentive friendly staff.

This was my second time here and I have to say, for what is advertised as an upscale salon, I just did not receive that type of service. I’m disappointed in my rushed manicure. I booked a service for dazzle dry which the app says will be about 45 minutes. I was out the door in 19. This was not impressive, but rather lazy.
My nails are uneven, one chipped less than a day later and it was my second time being rushed through a manicure. I’ve gotten hundreds of manis in my life, and I know the steps that should be taken. I have to admit I won’t be coming back. I just can’t get over the laziness

My first visit at spa gloss was amazing! I had Kim for a pedicure and rejuvenated manicure. I felt so relaxed while I was there. Everyone in there is so nice and welcoming. This review has nothing to do with the cleanliness or aesthetic of this business but the 1 star is for the experience I had today with the owner. My girlfriend is getting married tomorrow and selected this salon for herself and all her bridesmaids to have manicures and pedicures. We all hit traffic and arrived a little late. The bride to be was there at 11:09 and I got there at 11:13. I walk in and the bride to be immediately tells me the owner scolded her for being late. She then walks over to me and continues to make things so uncomfortable I had to say something about her poor communication

Love it here and can't wait to come back! I needed a mani/pedi for my wedding - normally, I would have played it extremely safe and gone to Miniluxe, but it was inconvenient so I tried out Gloss. I was extremely apprehensive going into it because it was for my wedding and I was trying out a place that was new to me.

I had issues with my last nail salon. I had dip being done and when they removed my last set it was too painful. I waited a few weeks and went to Gloss. I was introduced to Dry Dazzle. The nail polish does not require any light treatments and my nails started to heal. Everyone is kind and the place is so very warm and inviting. Thank you !

I had a fantastic experience here! Such a great salon in the heart of Melrose. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was modern and pleasantly decorated. I had a gel pedicure and a gel manicure done by Lily and I love how both turned out. I'm very indecisive when choosing a color and have often felt rushed at other salons and that was not the case here. I felt relaxed and took my time. I had an amazing experience overall and can't wait to return soon!!

Heather is always so wonderful! Her attention to detail is amazing. She noticed my nail was broken and made sure to glue it back together. I had never had a dazzle dry manicure and she explained how it worked and was just so amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her! Gloss is always so clean and everyone is so professional!

My roommate and I were on the prowl to find a new nail salon in the North Shore area. As I was doing some research I noticed Gloss, what captured my attention was the modern interior design of the place. I called them and made an appointment and Amanda the receptionist was able to pencil me in.

- you can book online and they're very thorough with communication leading up to the appointment
- everyone was so friendly
- it is maybe the cleanest nail salon I've been to! With COVID this is an especially big deal and there was plenty of hand sanitizer, gloves, masks, new nail tools, etc. They also take your temperature before the appointment
- my nails look AWESOME. I can't get over how great they look with the file shape and closeness to the cuticle among other things

My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday morning with appointments booked a week in advance. I was really looking forward to this all week until we got there and waited at the desk to check in for 10 minutes. I only do Gel Mani or Pedi because my nails chip often, and they do the closest to the cuticle that I've seen. I think they might be trained just to work here because all three were super careful and thorough, specially with the cuticle removal. In the pictures attached, i did the French Gel the day of, the Gel pedicure two days beforehand, and the Gel red manicure three days before I took the picture.

I came to this place because of a Nift gift certificate and I'll definitely be back. The salon is so beautiful and serene. Just as beautiful as the photos. I was also greeted by name upon entry. In addition to the environment they also did incredible work. I got a gel mani and classic pedi. My pedi is flawless and my gel is super super even. Not a bubble in sight! My tech was Kelly who was super sweet and was really patient with my indecisiveness over three shades of pink. Even as I left they still remembered my name. I got a Nift certificate to try this place and it was really nice! The salon is big, open and clean. It almost feels like they have more space than they're utilizing but I honestly didn't mind it since most salons are cramped. My nail technician was very friendly (I got a pedi) and the pedicure area was clean and easy to access. The whole pedicure took about 30 minutes or so which was on the quicker side, but my nails came out great! It was a really basic pedicure and the PRICE was awesome. Gloss has probably the cheapest prices around! That was a total plus. I deducted a star because

I have been going to Gloss since they opened and I can honestly say they are the best AND most consistent nail salon in the entire area. I have tried many nail salons and this is the only place where you will get an A+ shellac EVERY SINGLE TIME. No matter which tech you have it will look amazing. My go to place!

Great spot for a pedicure & manicure! I made an appointment ahead of time and went in for an herbal pedicure (I chose papaya). It was very relaxing and smelt amazing! The technician was very attentive to me and friendly. I loved how it came out and they had tons of variety when it came to color (although the bottles were pretty sticky and are in need of a cleaning). I was so relaxed and very happy with the service. They do a great job here and the salon is very relaxing and calming - all white furniture and lots of plush pillows.

My first time visiting Spa Gloss, and i must say, i am totally satisfied. Everything was smooth, from the check in, to design brain storming and check out. I love doing designs on my nails, and so far, this is the best place i have been. Some place had turned me down coz they cant do the design i want. The owner was very open with design ideas,i did pineapple themed design and my technician was very talented. It’s a bit pricey but totally worth it! I would come back here for more nail designs!
