What initially made me contact Mark at Anything Mac was his positive attitude about repairing older computers as opposed to tossing them. He is knowledgeable and personable; he made my 2015 iMac run better than it did when i bought it (my husband had wanted to throw it against the wall). He is all about stability and simplicity and he proceeded like a surgeon with care and precision.

We have been having Mac issues for quite some time now to the point whereby I avoiding using my IMac at home and used my ipad exclusively but this was not working for me. I needed to find someone who could walk me with the processing of cleaning up my IMac and making it work for me. Because of the pandemic I was so very hesitant in having someone come into the home but after 6 months of staying at home and with reassurances from Mark at Anything Mac that he would come and keep safe and wear a mask we allowed him into our home. Mark is knowledgeable and even though my model is older he didn't shame me about that and he didn't insist that I buy a newer computer, he worked with what i had and what I wanted to do. He was very helpful and easy on the phone discussing options so my decisions were easy to make.

I called Mark at Anything Mac because I am having an issue with a Macbook Pro. Mark does not do the sort of work I might need, but I was amazed by how much time he spent on the phone with me. He pointed offered two suggestions which might get me past the issue. I did not think of either one on my own. If Mark treated me this well when I am not a potential customer, I could only imagine the five-star service I would receive if I were.
