Absolutely bizarre unprofessional, seemingly intentionally confounding, overpriced anti-service. The fellow has gone out of his way to not answer a simple question he claimed he would, then a week after claiming he could help, said he'd rather not and stopped responding. Malibu or not, beware you may be wasting your time and are for sure dealing with a company that in no way seems to justify their higher rates then what more reputable competitors offer

These guys were awesome, knowledgeable, professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes for just $20! Richard and Johnny were both great, don't waste your time elsewhere like I did ! Our computer was dead, and we were scared off by the 3 star google score, so we wasted a whole day elsewhere. We finally read further and saw that it was only one negative review because computer pros was not open when they went by, so we called and headed to Computer Pros.

Our not-so-old computer crashed. It was unrecoverable. He worked on it more than a hour, but only charged us for one since he couldn't save anything off the hard drive. We ended up asking him to rebuild it and it's working great and was reasonable. He communicates well by phone and will make an appt with you if you're having trouble dropping in.
