It won't overwhelm you and you'll love how simple success can be. Real food, uncomplicated. We also offer post-Physical Therapy fitness programs, GolfFIT for golfers, and massage therapy.

I know these things to be true: Movement is essential and fitness is freedom. Your thoughts generate your actions. Your body is your best friend. With decades of experience and education in health and fitness, I bring it all to the table for my clients to help them create the life they want to live.
We are currently seeing clients in the studio and online via Zoom. We follow all current guidelines regarding masks, distancing, space capacity, and sanitation. Please contact us with your questions or concerns. It's easy to assume that aging is the cause of our aches and pains, stiffness, inflexibility and low energy.
Massage works beautifully for those who seek non-pharmaceutical and non-surgical approaches to managing their health and wellness. Massage activates your body's natural healing systems, which seek restoration, balance and vitality. I was trained in the art and science of therapeutic massage by dedicated instructors and practitioners at the Baltimore School of Massage.
Improving the quality of your diet is one of the best investments you can make in your overall health, and a powerful tool for feeling your best every day. Honestly - it's not that complicated. Nutrient-dense food in appropriate quantities to fit your lifestyle, preferences, and health priorities. Our approach to food and eating is honest, evidence-based, and we're not selling products or supplements.
How well and how quickly you completely recover from your injury depends on how well you follow your post-PT program. Physical therapy (PT) can pose great demand on patients, especially those who have never exercised before but who are determined to work hard to rebuild their body and their life.

Adherence is rarely a problem for the duration of the prescribed PT program, thanks to scheduled appointments with a therapist to lead the patient through the first phase of recovery.Once discharged, however, patients are left to rely on themselves to adhere to post-rehab exercise programs outside of the clinic, and very often don't follow through.

Joined over a year ago. Had hip and back pain among other issues. Dauntless addressed those issues each visit and I am pain free and walking more normal than in years and pain free. They design the program for the individual. Very welcoming environment.

I was hesitant at first to try out personal training, but these ladies are top notch! I felt completely at ease once I started going there and look forward to it every week. I am very pleased with how quickly my strength has improved. This is a commitment I intend to keep!

Amazing experience!!! I love this place! I would 10/10 recommend coming here for help rather than a larger gym! The staff is so welcoming and understanding, everything is very personal! I felt like the staff truely cared about me and my progress, I will never go back to another gym! This is my go to place! Louise especially has helped me tremendously, she is the best trainer I’ve ever had! Myself and all of my friends go to Louise now for help! Again, this place is great, I recommend it to everyone I meet! :)

Amazing trainers, especially owners Louise and Beth. My husband and I work with Louise. Through her efforts we are both much more fit and active...play golf and hike. Highly recommend. Have also worked with us to eat a more healthier diet.

The trainers are excellent as they teach, support and guide clients towards increased strength and overall improvement in health. They have incredible knowledge about body mechanics and are able to modify the workouts to meet each client's needs. The individual attention and supportive environment have led me to stick to the program and actually look forward to working out. A first for me!

Great staff, extremely qualified to get you to the next level (whatever level that may be!). Great environment to work out in- inspiring but nonjudgmental etc. Highly recommend! I especially recommend Louise, she’s amazing & great at what she does!! I will never go anywhere else!

Great location and amazing staff!! With those two things it was hard to stop coming. They got me to my goals and helped me through each step. Louise was amazing and I would recommend asking for her she kept me motivated and never let me quit not matter how much I wanted to!! I will be coming back!:)

I have been working with Beth at Dauntless for 2 years now and can't say enough good things about her and Dauntless. I am much stronger and more fit than I have been in 30 years. I love that I can feel comfortable there in their smaller setting - its not at all intimidating as it might be at a larger gym. Working with Dauntless has been fun and challenging and I highly recommend it.

This is the gym you actually WANT to go to. The personal trainers here are the best tool you can provide yourself when it comes to getting and staying fit. Their knowledge and support have helped me become the healthiest I've ever been and while it's been extremely challenging, it has also been a whole lot of fun. I love Dauntless!
