Total Body Reformer, Apparatus, and Pilates Mat classes are specifically designed by expert instructors to give you symmetrical, full-body workout that strengthens your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back. With a regular Pilates practice, you will notice better balance, improved posture, agility, strength, and flexibility. Our clients have slimmed down and found relief from chronic pain.

Very clean and beautiful space. High quality equipment and calming atmosphere. It is clear Erica has expert knowledge and has put a lot of work into this studio. The classes themselves were dynamic and everything you want in a pilates class. I was trying out the studio via a Groupon special that I didn't fully understand the parameters for. Erica worked with me a bit to allow the opportunity to attend more of the classes I had purchased, which was nice of her. However, overall I felt an undertone of disdain toward me as a Groupon attendee because there was minimal financial gain for my attendance

We have been coming to Total Body Pilates for 6 years and we absolutely love it! Erica is so friendly, supportive, and fun. The atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a Pilates expert, everyone will welcome you with open arms and you will definitely get a killer work out. Highly recommended!

I had my first session with Erica today and it was awesome! The studio was beautiful and Erica is a great instructor. It was such a fun experience, especially for my first time. I can't wait until my next session! I would recommend this studio for anyone interested in pilates, either a beginner or advanced student.

I purchased a Living Social voucher as I was interested in a Barre or Yoga class. I was very pleased with my experience. I was in a small class, went at my own pace, and I got an amazing workout. I love the small class size, ability to do what I'm comfortable with, and the laid back atmosphere I felt there. Very comfortable studio and wonderful instructor (Kimi). Can't wait for my next class.

Erica and the team are all incredible. This is the BEST Pilates studio that I have EVER been to. Erica really knows how to help you build strength and tone, while being sensitive to former injuries. She can help you rehabilitate! Most of my previous Pilates experiences have been cold and hands-off- the instructors really didn't know how to help me maximize my experience on the reformers and the mat. Erica was able to get me to make the right moves on my first visit and I could really FEEL the difference. Everyone should be doing Pilates at Total Body Pilates.

This is a fantastic Pilates studio which also offers mat, yoga, and barre classes. The owners are wonderful people who make a great effort to get to know all of their clients and make them feel welcome. All of the instructors are very knowledgable, providing individual attention as needed. The variety of classes, quality of instruction, and fun people and atmosphere are not be missed!

Words cannot express how this studio makes me feel. From the moment I walk in the door, whether to take a mat class, barre or reformer class, all stress and anxiety from the world outside the studio melts away. The classes are small and intimate allowing for additional personal instruction/adjustments if needed. I can take my training to the next level because I have the opportunity to ask questions and improve my workouts. The new Pilates & Sculpt class is phenomenal and one of my favorites because it continues to challenge me each week and the instructors and fellow classmates are always a delight

I LOVE going to this gym! The classes are really fun, the instructors are incredibly helpful and supportive, and the facility has a great atmosphere! Coming here has been a huge help to my strength- I have scoliosis. I feel (even after 9 classes) that my core is getting a lot stronger, and as the days go by, I can tell a difference! I really like that the classes are geared toward people of all shapes sizes and abilities, and it feels like a little community in there with everyone supporting one another. I have recommended this place to several of my friends and my sisters! I will be continuing

I love working out at Total Body Pilates. It really is a total body work out. Erica is an amazing instructor. Before coming, I had been doing cardio and weight work outs but was limited in what I could do because of some lower back pain. Erica showed me how the reformer machines stabilize the back. Now after a year of working out I have strengthened my core and feel almost no back pain during workouts.

The first time I came to Total Body Pilates, I felt welcomed. The studio has a great ambience and it's amazing how much better I look and feel. Erica is a great instructor and fun (which makes it all the better for me to really enjoy my workout)!
I am so glad I started going, I really look forward to "my time" knowing that I'm doing something to make my life better. Just love this place!
