The studio houses a Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Ladder Barrel in addition to smaller pieces of support equipment including hand weights, a Bosu and an Orbit. The runner's much improved flutter, with continued Pilates sessions under the supervision of Juliy Marie.

The studio is owned and operated by Juliy herself, which allows her to offer the personalized, one-on-one attention that is the trademark of her teaching style. Juliy Marie is a gifted Pilates instructor whom I’ve had the pleasure of learning Pilates from for over 13 years.
