They get you on the deposit, charged me $240 for repainting but when i move in it looked like a 2nd grader painted and i got the apartment cleaned professionally and looked better than when i moved in but still charged me $140 for that. Upgrades look good but are poorly installed and cheap products. replaced my broken fridge with a dirty used fridge i had to clean. Make sure to take pics of everything when moving in and get things in writing with them.

Parking has improved tremendously and the only people who are upset about the new parking rules are the ones breaking it, just remember that 😉 Before the new rules I had to make sure I was getting home by 6pm in order to find an extra space because people who had like a million cars where taking up all the spaces! But now my husband would get home past 9pm and still find parking in open space!

I would give 0 “ stars. New renters be aware of the scam these people have with the tow company. Its amazing how they could careless about you as a renter. They have all that extra park in the back but use it for useless space. The manger will also walk around during the day to find things to complain about or sometimes she will go by the cars to see what she can get towed!!! Hm? She probably gets some sort of commission!!!

If I have an option I give them zero star! everything is terrible about this place, worse apartment in North county area, The apartment is dirty and very very dated(no renovation and or changing since 1984!!), kitchen and bathroom are worse part, no f*ing ventilation system or even a window at all, the oven works with lots of noise, cabinets are dirty and small, carpets are nasty and old, bathroom is very nasty and mold in every where. there is no AC !!! so in summer inside the home is much hotter than outside and in the winter is much colder. there is only one old cooler at master bedroom so imagine

If you live or want to live here get ready to get ripped off by this company by getting your vehicle towed for the stupidest reason(s). The management does not provide guests with guest permits as they should be law and they will call the towing company right away to get their commission from a tow. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere or make sure you inform your guests that if they park even in YOUR own spot that they will be towed away.
