We lived here for 1 year and loved it. The employees we interacted with were friendly. Doinitza, manager, was a real gem. Always quick to respond to most all of our needs. She came through often with request for maintenance and work orders. Marisa, manager, was friendly and helpful. Jose was quick to respond to most all of our maintenance request and help as needed.
Prominence is a great place to live and many friendly neighbors. The apartment we had, 2 bdrm, 2 bath, was spacious. Our one complaint would the price of living here. We moved due to the rent increase after 1 year.

We just love it here. Going on 4 years, Time flies. As a whole It's like staying in a nice hotel. I set it up just the way we like it. Some people aren’t happy no matter what they have or don't have. I personally find living here is just super convenient it makes my apartment life really simple. Management & maintenance have never let us down. They have done everything promised and some.

This place is not up to code.
No parking no sidewalks.
New office staff every 30 days.
To be honest it's over populated by piggybacking and security is 100% pointless. They hastle residents but let people not on leases slide.
They didn't even clean my apartment before I moved in during covid 19!
No mail key for 60 days.
No parking spot for 60 days.
Horrible place to live. Not luxury. Overpriced big-time.
They will steal your deposit.
Even if you leave your apartment illmacualate like I did.
I'm a positive person. Do not rent here. It's pathetic. No manager

The security officer on shift at 11:15AM, Jean is absolutely awesome! Doing food deliveries here, particularly at night are extremely difficult. Helped me go exactly where I needed to go and took the time without having to ask, to consider helping me locate a far building. Would never have found it on my own even with Google maps and the beans apartment finder app. You rock Jean =)!

If you’re thinking of moving into these “luxury” apartments I’d look elsewhere. They cry and complain about how residents are parked in their own parking spots but when a guest or other car parks in a residents spot they do nothing, all the security team can do is put a sticker on the car and tell the owner to park in the guest lot, which is in the front of the complex. They can’t seem to fix any of the lights that have been out for over 3 months that light the walk way, if I fall or get injured rest assured there will be a law suit, one of the hot tubs barely works, the pool area is

I moved to Prominence from Berhams. I love the view from my apartment, once this COVID-19 ends, I wanted to go to Swimming pool and hit gym.
I would absolutely recommend my friend to lease apartment in this community. One of the best place to live in San Marcos. University is near by, Ralphs, CVS, Chase, Starbucks everything is near by. What else do you need!!!
