Got into an accident and was referred to this office by my attorney. I took the office a day to get my appointment set up but my experience has only been amazing. They are very thorough and explain the whole process from treatment and procedures. Dr.Le took his time to explain his recommendations after he review my MRI. All I have to say is . From the moment I was referred for my injury, Dr. Le was amazing! He always has a right hand man, Mr. Milo, which is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner! These two can help change your life! They are patient, profesional, and care for their patient!

I've been going here for six years and can't understand the lower ratings! The girls are nice and not on the phone when u need to speak to them, the physicians assistants are wonderful and Dr BRIAN LE is one of the best pain doctors I've been to-he gives perfect injections and is very funny and business first which I like! They do drug test you so if u want to just get pills and no help then don't go here! I love them all and appreciate all they have done for me-only one drawback-it sometimes takes a minute for you to get a prior authorization to get you're pills. Thank

Went to an appointment in July after specifically asking to see Dr. Le since I had not been to the office in over 2 years. I was assured I would see him, and I did not. I should have noted the red flag then. I actually never saw Dr Le, just other staff. I then saw Juliana Potechin who suggested physical therapy and an MRI. Went back and saw Stephanie (who does not work there anymore) and she suggested either Trigger Point Injections or an Epidural Steroid injection. Could not do either since the only availability was during work hours. Saw Juliana Potechin again and she suggested something completely

I called for three business days, leaving 2x/day (am & pm) detailed voicemails including my insurance information, etc. I was transferred to "new patient scheduling" every time I called but no one ever answered (hence leaving voicemails) or called me back. They must not need new business! I contacted another neurosurgeon, scheduled an appointment within 5 minutes and in the same week.

On my first visit to this location, the receptionist was rude, abrupt and unprofessional when I asked her to give me a New Patient Form to take home to complete.2 Office visit was always with a nurse NEVER Dr Le. I've never gone to a doctor's office before where the doctor NEVER spoke privately with a patient. This was unheard of to me.3. I had a terrible experience here. I called to let them know I have 3 tears in my rotator cuff BUT I'm pregnant, not sure what I can do. The new patient coordinator called and let me know options will be limited (totally understand) but still scheduled me to come in.
I met with a nurse practitioner (which I feel they should have told me I wasn't meeting with the dr before they scheduled me, but whatever).
Then literally said they can DO NOTHING because of my condition. Don't get me wrong, I understand my options are limited and I need to be safe-- but they knew my

Dr Le is awesome. However his office staff sucks. Their incompetence was responsible for my 87 year old mom suffering two months of unnecessary pain because they did not schedule her hip injection as prescribed by the doctor. After finally having the procedure, I called back to speak with someone regarding possible side effects she is suffering and no one has called me back yet. Beware!!

FILE A GRIEVANCE!! I went to my new patient appt today and saw Dr. Andrew Li. I had been under a strict pain management program in Oregon. The doctor came in and would not make eye contact. He refused to request my medical records from Oregon, or look at my medications. He stated, "There is nothing wrong with you. Your doctors are prescribing you medication for no reason." "Fax over the referral from your doctor."
"I don't have a fax, can I just bring it to my appointment?"

Hung up and went down to OfficeMax to fax over the referral. No one called back.

LET JUST START WITH THE FEW VERY BOTHERSOME THINGS. The 1st thing they do is drug test you which is normal for a pain clinic. The horrible part is, they put you in a bathroom with a hole in the wall, the nurse goes to a room attached to the back of the bathroom opens a stainless steel door, places your cup to go in, then closes the stainless steel door, then you open 1 and grab your cup. I am a private peeing person, this made me super uncomfortable and I couldn't go. When I got into the exam room, the doctor was already there, sitting at a computer, didn't even turn around to look at

Appt time 2:15pm. Takes 45 mins to drive from home. Got caught in traffic even though we avoided the freeway. Called and said I'd be 10-15 minutes late. She said checked with supervisor and said it would be okay but I'd have to wait. No problem I said. Got there 2:30pm. When I checked in she said I missed my appointment and I said I called and said I'd be late. She checked with her supervisor who said she would have to reschedule my appointment. WTH!!

Top of line care since day one. Doctor Brian Le Is a very compassionate friendly doctor i was referred to this center about 6 months ago and i was diagnosed by my 2nd visit. Compared to 6 years being told i just have Fibromyalgia. Since those first few visit i have been 100% honest with him and he has been able to help me with my back pain with a series of procedures.reducing my pain and making my quaity of life improve. My 76 year old mother has been seeing Dr. Le and his PA Linda Tram for the past year. He is hands-down the best management practice in town. After seeing several others that were not patient with my mothers hearing loss, it was refreshing to come to a doctor that actually took TIME with my mother to speak loud and clear so that she understood. She's a feisty old broad at times but the staff here make her smile and never forget her (or my) name. They treat her with respect and dignity and truly listen. Appointments aren't scheduled every 5 minutes here as other doctors so we never feel
