Every time I have an appointment, I have an amazing experience. Everyone is always so nice and courteous. Dr. Shannon is amazing, one of the best doctors I have ever had, It is never easy talking to a doctor about pain due to the stigma of pain medication needed, but she always makes me feel valid and free to discuss anything good or bad. I have had many horrible experiences with past doctors after my car accident and I always felt like I wasn't ever heard. Once I had my first appointment, I got emotional because I can tell how much she cared, she cared enough to listen. I am super grateful for

Where do I begin with the unprofessionalism? I have been trying to pay my bill for 4 months. Every time I call I am told that their machine is down. Finally today I was told that the number in the bill is wrong and I have to call the office. I called the office. They answered after I held on the phone for 30 minutes. After talking to almost a dozen people today and being promised call back after call back Kaitlyn took my payment. She said there was now a 2% processing fee. I have a connective tissue disorder that leaves me in pain 24-7 (and it worsens depending on my activity levels and time of day). Without Dr. Campbell and his excellent staff, I would remain extraordinarily MISERABLE. They work with me, meaning they LISTEN and have conversations, rather than just telling me how things are going to be. This is appreciated, after years and years of lousy doctors who did not listen but somehow KNEW better than I did how I felt.

I was in a hit and run by a drunk driver a few months ago. I was referred here and had high hopes that I could get some alleviation from my back and neck pain.
It took me several weeks to get scheduled and kept playing phone tag because they never answer the phone.
I had to change my appointment because one of my other doctors appointments ran over (sometimes I have multiple appointments a day) , left a message since they didn't answer the phone this time either.

I found this place thanks to a local social media group, and oh my gosh it's literally saved my well being. Fabiola is a magical wizard of sorts and let me tell you why.

Dr Campbell has been so caring and helpful for me during the past couple of years I have been going to his office. His staff do leave something to be desired, but when I explained my issues, he took care of it right away. I now have the direct line to Sonia, his Worker's Comp. assistant, and she has been amazing also! I feel like he truly cares about my pain. He doesn't make me feel like my pain isn't real or I'm shopping for meds, which was my fear. I've had injections and am getting a neuro stimulator in 2 weeks thanks to him fighting for me. I have a 2 level fusion 16

Since Dr Shannon has become my main provider I have been very happy with my care. She’s consistent, understands my health issues, took the time to go over my extensive medical history, understood what my issues are and where they stem from, remembers what we discussed in the appointments prior & is empathetic with all of it. I never feel rushed in my appointments with her and that’s very important to me. She’s honest & discusses different ways to help alleviate the pain if it’s been a bad month. I go to the Cimmeron location. I see Shannon and I absolutely love her. She has taught me so much and she really listens to your concerns. She isn't judge mental like a lot of these places are. She is truly concerned about your level of pain and comfort and offers lots of options and procedures to help. I've been in pain management a long time unfortunately and was so surprised to learn of new procedures no one had ever told me about at my last Dr back home. Give this lady a raise! :)

I have been a client here for 4 years now. Recently I started seeing Dr Shannon. She has been a blessing and breath of fresh air when it comes to my treatment and care. Being a cancer survivor I have many long term side effects from treatment. When I had my 1st appointment with her she took the time to review my lengthy history, ask questions and I could immediately tell she understood. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I went there for about a year and I had an injection. I felt like they were all about having people take injections. I’m sure that’s where the money is made. Then I recently get a bill from a collector that I had no idea I had. I never received a bill from them or a call to let me know I owed them money. But somehow a collection agency knew my address and sent me a bill but the doctor can’t? Oh and you’ll never see the doctor when you go to this place. I met him at the surgery center which was very strange to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander

In all honesty I was feeling very shameful for needing to go to pain management and I didn’t want to be stereotyped. Both Dr. Campbell and Dr. Alexander are very personable and made me feel more comfortable about my pain management treatment. So grateful for all that they do. Mirsada, the office manager is extremely thorough and she definitely makes sure everything is resolved ASAP, even when she’s on vacation!! She’ll update you immediately, I’ve never seen such an efficient office manager and I’m so grateful to be a patient here.

Shannon Signorino is by far the most caring compassionate physician I have ever met. She takes the time to listen to all your concerns, and makes you feel comfortable being open and honest with her. Being in constant pain is tough, but she does everything she can to ease that pain. Just having someone in your corner really makes all the difference. She is highly knowledgeable and educated and extremely smart and I feel like I'm in very good hands with her as my doctor.
The staff and other doctors at this office are amazing as well. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a pain management

Extremely unprofessional. They refused to fill out disability paperwork from the time that they treated me because i was being seen by another doctor. I regret coming here as they just added uneeded stress to my situation.

Sandra is the worst employee at center for wellness. I never had a problem at that clinic u til today. They are cold hearted. I have a family emergency and have to be at UCLA medical and she didn't care. Told her I didn't get any reminder text as they changed my schedule, she answered back with a horrible attitude. Doesn't seem like she cared to work there. I love my Dr Alexander and Dr Campbell they are always very attending but I can't say that about Fabiola. As soon as I said I had to use to restroom Sandra notified Fabiola to get into a room so she didn't have to talk

Shannon, who I believe is a PA at the Green Valley location (forgive me if I have the title wrong), is great. She takes time to explain things and seems to genuinely care. She has been trying really hard to find the source and improve my pain issues and I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone show compassion and empathy for you when you live with pain. We need more people like her in this industry.

The issue with this healthcare office is the billing & charges. WATCH OUT for hidden charges on your statement as it's very confusing and they double charge in the manner of naming them differently on your statement therefore filing FRAUDULENT claims. This has been reported to my insurance company. I suggest reading the information on the below link. With that said, the care they provided was mediocre only because they do herd their patients as a previously submitted review stated.

Dr Campbell's Henderson location on South cimarron Street staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and had no right to school a 60 year old woman over dog waste that I was getting ready to pick up I have never left it on anyone's property. My autistic / mildly challenged daughter walked the dog ran out of bags it was scared to ask for one and therefore I got scolded because I did not know that there was dog waste I would never leave it your office could have been more professional in handling this by just saying can you please pick up that mess so we don't get in trouble

I still love going here! They are not "pill pushers" and they also don't treat/accuse me of being a drug seeker. I am here for pain relief and that's what I get from here. I've never felt judged by anyone here. I've only experienced kindness and understanding.
They don't just hand out painkillers and not care about you. They give me plenty of options so together you can find what works for you.

I had my second BioTE Hormone Replacement procedure last week. The result is the same good result as I experienced beginning just days after my first procedure. I again feel great experienced as an inner feeling of resilience restored to me.

I asked my family doctor for a referral to a pain management center and she sent me to this company but the one in Henderson. It's the same doctor and a lot of the same staff pictured here. I had major lower back surgery almost two years ago and found out there are 2 loose screws and a small area that didn't heal. Sought a second surgeons opinion and he wanted to operate again...no way. I have had some people tell me that a pain management center could help. They received my referral and called me timely to schedule my appointment.
