He attended Gonzaga University in Spokane WA and graduated with a degree in History and Criminal Justice. He then attended Gonzaga University School of Law and earned a Juris Doctorate.

I called Tom Carley after I was pulled over while operating my Commercial Vehicle (semi-truck) for using my cell phone in my official capacity (calculator). He said that he couldn’t guarantee a dismissal of the ticket, but he said he would do his best. I did have to appear in court (a zoom meeting), to explain what I was using my phone for. Tom was thorough in his research of the law in my case, and the judge dismissed the ticket. I would recommend Tom Carley and will keep his number if I ever need his services in Washington. I found Mr. Carley by chance on Google. He was able
to get my daughters domestic violence charges dismissed rather quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to work with. We mostly communicated by email for ease and he always responded very quickly.
