I was born in Taiwan and raised in Argentina, where I formed my habits, language, and culture. I believe yoga is for EVERYBODY. I fell in love with yoga the very first class I went to more than 15 years ago, when I was 7 months pregnant with terrible lower back pain. I hated exercise, and my body was completely stiff.

My husband and I just started our practice with Tina and so far feeling really good. We have a long ways to go and a lot of progress to make but we're taking it 1 stretch at a time. The studio is clean, Tina is very helpful and gives that little adjustment making such a huge difference. We're excited to see how this goes.

I registered a yoga class through class pass. But the class pass had shown their old address and I showed up at their old center as class pass shows. I had tried to call their holine 7 times to report my situation but I was only able to contact a live person in my first call. The remaining calls were rejected to receive by their staff, it gives out an absolute strong impression of rejecting my calls and not providing support on purpose given that the first call was also cut by their staff in the middle of our conversation. I have been practicing Yoga here for 8 months now and I really love the experience. Tina and the rest of the instructors are very professional and now how to motivate you to learn step by step at your own pace. Best yoga teacher! Always waiting for us in the studio with the air conditioning on before the class, never late for the class! Clear instructions, correct your poses all the time, never focusing on self practice like some other teachers. You get good workout every time. If you want to practice yoga, come to try and you'll never want to quit.

After doing CrossFit for three years, I was looking for a different type of workout that wasn't as hard on my joints and could help me improve my mobility. After looking into a couple of different yoga studios, I came across Tag Yoga and the classes offered worked with my schedule. I am a new student at this yoga's studio, (9months )and so far I have been very pleased with the class , Tina was very friendly, and offered I a free class to try it out first, it was great .The other students helped us out and showed us what to do , and the teach provided expert yet patient instruction, and are now attending several times per week , I highly recommended it to anyone wanting to learn and practice yoga .

I have never done yoga before but decided to give it a try about a year ago. It is one of the best decision I have ever make. Tina is the best instructor. She is highly qualify, very patience and pleasant. Her goal is to allow every students to reach their own goal and potential. I lost my belly, have a lot more energy and gain flexibility.

I have never imagine myself doing yoga until I step in Tag Yoga. I consider myself extremely not flexible and impatient. I did Zumba, steps and other types of fitness classes in the gym. I always told others that I can never do Yoga because I like fast-pace type of exercise such as my old time favorite Zumba. However TAG yoga changed what I think I can achieve.

Joining Tag Yoga is one of the best decisions I've ever made!!!! No matter you are a beginner or advanced yogis, you can always improve through those classes and get more uplifting spirit! Tina is super professional and patient to everyone, each class she will adjust your postures step by step.
