HONORING SOCIAL DISTANCING I'm so thrilled that I am able to do yoga almost everyday....thanks to the studio's online classes on ZOOM. For years my goal was to commit to 3-5 sessions a week and since UYS offered their online, I've been doing it daily. I love the fact I can stay in my pj's if it's the morning sessions and not have to worry about leaving the house. The teachers are so well prepared and I am in awe how I feel after each session especially with the turmoil our world is going through and all the emotional impact the COVID pandemic is causing. Oh my goodness. It's been 3 years since my last review and now that I'm a new momma I can't get enough of this studio. They have a free mama group called Maia Maia's that is the highlight of my week and my baby who's now a toddler. They also had amazing birth classes, pregnant yoga and momma and me yoga!! This studio is the best and hope you come check out some of the many programs they offer

I've been here for 2 classes: Restorative with Juanita and Mindful with Christine. Both were lovely! Restorative is great for the end of the week before bed, and Mindful is fantastic for a Sunday morning. I've left both times feeling more relaxed and at peace. I love that the class size is small and intimate. Can't wait to be back!

Two weeks of unlimited is over. I attended another five or six classes. I honestly can't give this place five stars just because she gave me two weeks unlimited.
The other classes/instructors were fairly weak. It's definitely an intro level studio, with intro level teachers. To say anything more would be just being nice to avoid hurting people's feelings. Let me get specific:
Diana: She teaches yoga sculpt. Seems like a nice person. Certainly isn't a good yoga teacher. She's a cult of personality teacher. Well, the thing is this is yoga class. Your personality, no matter

This yoga place is wonderful to attend! They have great class sizes and put a focus on to-be Mother's as well as those who are already Mother's. I went to a class and felt very welcomed and felt like as a beginner I could fit in nicely with the pace of the class! They also have many other resources for To-be mothers! Great place!

I used to HATE yoga until I started going to United Yoga in San Dimas. What a delightful find! This is an amazing group for people, that own and operate this studio. I started with individual class purchases and now do monthly unlimited, because I want to go as much as possible.
This yoga experience at United Yoga has truly been life changing.

My first time yesterday was a good experience. Very friendly staff. Met the owner-super nice. Very welcoming too. Small, intimate studio gives it an even more family aura to the practiThe fact that they have "donation" classes will have me recommending this studio to my friends and family. They also offer a "bundle" of 5 classes for $50! I'll be back!

Michelle and Matt, the owners are the sweetest people and some of the hardest workers I've ever met. This family owned business is amazing in all senses of the word. From the moment you walk in you feel a sense of peace and calming. They have all kinds of classes, with different focuses. My favorite is Vinyasa.
They have donation based classes, Mama+Me classes, and every Friday feature Maia Mamas which is a group made for Mamas that allows you to bring your littles. Such a sense of community.
The first yoga I ever tried was with Michelle personally and everything I've tried since

I don't believe I can say enough about United Yoga Studio. I started practicing here about two months ago and it has been life changing not only physically but mentally and spiritually. The teachers all do an amazing job at making sure all their students alignment and form is correct. I love that there is absolutely no judgement when I come to my class and I feel I get one on one with each class no matter how many people there are!
They also provide childcare and both my children LOVE the babysitter. I was so nervous because I had never left them before with anyone other than family members

My wife and I are so glad that United Yoga is in San Dimas. The location is perfect for us. We've been to two classes so far- people's yoga on Tuesday, and slow flow on Wednesday. Both classes were great.
The Wednesday 7pm class was full. But the space is pretty small. I hope they can expand to a bigger location (in the same parking lot please!). I imagine that classes will get booked fast, and it might be necessary soon.
We purchased the $50 for 10 classes starter pass. You can't beat that! It's good for 3 months, so we look forward to our future classes!

United Yoga is a much needed yoga studio in San Dimas! I was so excited when I saw that the studio was opening up. I've taken a few classes there and I absolutely love it! The owner, Michelle, is one of my favorite instructors and the main reason I decided to give this new studio a try. She always leads a challenging yet rewarding flow that connects the mind, body, and soul.
If you're in the San Dimas area, I definitely recommend this studio! The intimate atmosphere and hands-on teachers help improve your practice and if you're new to yoga, this would be a great studio to help
