Stress, Illness, Accidents, Disasters, Death of Friends/Family, Abuse, Addictions, Combat and Social Injustice are just a few causes of trauma. We carry the trauma of the past with us everyday, whether we know it or not, until we learn how to release it from our body. Through yoga we can reconnect with the sensations and emotions stored in our body and learn to understand how they are connected to our thoughts and personal psychology.

Christina is an amazing yoga instructor! She is stellar at providing modifications to accommodate wherever you may be at in your own practice. On top of that she is respectful, encouraging, and very knowledgeable in therapy based yoga. I enjoy doing yoga with her and look forward to more classes in the future!

Christina is an extremely grounded and passionate yogi. She is mindful of everyone’s unique needs and abilities and will always take that into account. I feel calm when taking her classes and find peace through her guided sequences. I highly recommend her!
